  1. My fellow collectors:

I would like to thank Mr. Daniel Partouche for obtaining Zeck sigs for me at the recent private signing.

I've never submitted books to anyone for sigs, so i was a bit nervous. But Mr. Partouche was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer my questions even in the middle of his busy schedule. Mr. Partouche made it very easy to trust that he would handle my books with care.

This afternoon my books arrived safely and with the same grades i submitted them in.

If anyone is on the fence about dealing with Mr. Partouche on sigs, don't think about it any further. Simply send him an email and rest assured when all is said and done you will wish you could meet him and shake his hand.

    Sincerely,

    Comixroc

  2. Ok guys what are your thoughts on this?

If someone was selling a book, graded at any paticular grade, with Off-White pages & another one, same book same grade, with White Pages are you willing to pay the extra cash for the White paged book? NOTE: a rep at CGC informed me that the page color does not have anything to do with the grade. So why do we care about the page color??? :insane: Would you pay more and if so by how much?

  3. Thanks!

Call me crazy but i would never put a sketch on a book. I think sketches take away from the beauty of the artwork. It's a distraction for me. As it is, when i get sigs, i try to limit the artists space. For example: Frank Cho is infamous for HUGE SIGS! When i prepared my RED SONJA #13 & the ULTIMATES 3 #3, I made the windows small so as to avoid that massive sig. What good is the sig if it takes away from the artwork? On a blank cover like the Marvel Project, the artist can go to town, & that sketch is a thing of beauty. But on a regular cover just a simple sig is nice.....and please watch the placement! ;) I know a lot of people love sketches and i respect that.....but this is just my personal opinion. 2c
