My scanner made my books look crappy. You will see them better in your hands. Goodies are ASM, Cap, Spidey and others. Curious. From the first sale thread, you have many unsold/unclaimed books that will be rollover to this new sale thread?

I just learned that my book was recently graded. It was graded 4.5 after my reputed and reliable dealer and I agreed it was 5.0. I checked it throughout if there was any restoration. There was none but I was shocked my book was restored with slight color-touch and it's C-1. My reaction is.....NO WAY.

Don't worry about that. Don't rub yourself in a wrong way. Just say nothing. Let them say something to you. I have few friends are Native Americans. We greet and hug each other. Think nothing but give them love equally.

Wished US would do the same thing. I am still teaching the courses on the remote learning (I chose the remote over the regular class) even my both campuses are opened to the public. All to students and employees are required to wear masks but I doubt the students will be cooped up about the mask mandate. All over USA, there are several professors decided to quit or retire in middle of the classes. Last Friday, my family attended the high school football game for my son who was with his marching band. My wife, daughter and I wore masks. Nearly 98% of the audience didn't wear the masks even their young kids. In my hometown, there are 176 new COVID cases in 7 days that doubled than 56 cases last month.

I own several Tintin, Costo Maltese, and all others that have stereotyped people but it gave me many different perspectives. Of course, those writers and artists were there and witnessed the different worlds in the different times. Yes, I agreed about the fantasy of the indigenous people is wrong but it's up to our judgement. Burning the books is a propaganda. It destroys the valuable viable information that is part of the history. We can correct our mistakes or can learn from it. My family went to Chicago Cultural Center and I didn't know there is an exhibition of old Chicago comics upstairs. I never knew there is a black newspaper that included many black comic strips in Chicago. The black artists had to write everything that is offensive by white people. Also, I never knew the lesbian comic strip - Good Bye Kissing (it's short life and the writer/artist remained aanonymous - we will NEVER know who wrote and drew). There are so many things to learn about the comic strips in their times and way of life. It was very educational and informative. The old information is essential to me and my family. If I wanted to be a writer or artist, I would pick 1930's Era for my story. It's obvious that I need to gather the old information from 1930's. If all information is burned, it's all lost. I can understand those people have expressed their angers and wanted to close their old wounds but not burning the valuable sources. Yes, Disney has brought up many negatives and stereotypes that have misled many different cultures but burn them up - frankly no. Keep the information that has given us the lessons and corrected ourselves. One again, it's up to our judgement.
