No pressing - 6.5 With the pressing - 7.0

There are three small defects (none are significant). One spine stress mark at the bottom of the spine, one light scratch on the black back cover and one light color line on the front cover (I am not sure about that as if it's the defect). From my experience as Bone (Cartoon Comic Books) collector, Bone issues have all back covers - very difficult to get 9.8 copies because of the telltale defects on the black cover. I kept trying to get 9.8 copies after getting many 9.2 to 9.6 copies. My best bet for this copy will get 9.4/9.6 - I would be shocked if you get 9.2 (it happened to me twice at that low grades). Just be prepared if you plan to submit it to CGC.

Many back covers have full of ads. Probably that was the reason of the missing back covers. I used to have 25 GA Adventure Comics from the same owner - four back covers were neatly cut. Left 1/2 inch left on the back cover from the spine. Amazingly no detached cover or tape.

You are not alone. Everybody complains and concerns about them. I am not concerned about it since I sold many books that have Newton Rings. No one complained about it.

I have sold many CGC copies with first/second generation labels and newest cases - not even one customer complains about Newton Rings. Have you experienced with the buyers complaining about Newton Rings inside the cases? I have seen many board members complaining/concerning about them. Just curious.
