  1. Please say squirrels no more. Those critters dig up my backyard all days!
  2. +1 Thanks for your kind words. I am relieved that I don't have to chase down on that raw copy. I can live with my graded book for now.
  3. I think it's a little better, even with the stain. 5.0/5.5 I'd think. Already bid up pretty high.... That copy vs mine. Which one is better?
  4. Would you able to grade this book? This book is hot on eBay. The seller won't give the grade. SSWS #84 1st Millie Marie I guessed it is 4.5 due to the big stain on the top edge that went through many pages.
  5. Lincoln is posed standing by a chair and facing McClellan with other Union Army officers grouped outside a tent. From left to right: Colonel Delos B. Sacket, Captain George Monteith, Lieutenant Colonel Nelson B. Sweitzer, General George W. Morell, Colonel Alexander S. Webb [Chief of Staff, 5th Corps], General George B. McClellan, Scout Adams, Dr. Jonathan Letterman [Army Medical Director], unidentified soldier, President Abraham Lincoln, Colonel Henry J. Hunt, General Fitz-John Porter, Joseph C. G. Kennedy, Colonel Frederick T. Locke, General Andrew A. Humphreys, and Captain George Armstrong Custer. Cool historical item. You should keep it.
  6. Why not to set the Automatically decline offers lower than your amount in eBay? Make them look stupid.
  7. It's free of charge if CGC made the error. Ship it back.
  8. Did you win this book from eBay recently?
  9. That's a FANTASTIC COMIC Corey!!! Is sure does share a very close resemblance!! To the War Zone!!! He looks like Ka-Zar!
  10. It looks like Batman and JL movie posters.
  11. That was a bold move. He boldly made his point for not looking back and not getting something in return after he dedicated his hard working life to the comic books. He moved on and probably was bitter about it. I am kind of feeling bad for him that he went through. I was laid off few times in my 15 years in the graphic design. I am not going back just like him.
  12. Probably I forgot to leave him the nice one. If you got two, you are lucky. BTW, he is extremely awfully nice easy going guy. I don't mind to have another deal with him. Excellent guy again! Thanks.
  13. Your message is writing in a manner humorous. Darn my clumsy fingers! I mean PoLiCY!!!
  14. Please add numismatistru to the blocked buyer list. Two reasons: Elina is a fraud thief who tried to solicit me via eBay message that was violated the police outside of eBay. The book is belonged to someone else that I found the owner's name. The original owner and fraud thief are from Russian. I already reported this person to eBay. Everything is taken care of. Don't buy FF #1 PGX 7.0 restored. Certification #501102359. It belongs to Aleks and can be found at this link. I asked her if the book was belonged to her after giving her the link. She stopped responding my email. Obvious! She is The winning is
  15. Good job and thank you. I was going to do that but I guessed it is Kav's favorite job. I decided to ask the seller to send me the pictures. I just wondered who owns this book. The certification number is 501102359. I really hope this book is NOT belonged to the scammer.
  16. Beware of the solicitor in eBay messages: See what I got from.... Please feel free to block her (her can be him) as the solicitor.
  17. I sold ASM #678 NM for merely $789 last January. Now, it gets more crazy.
  18. Express Tier. Received on 4/2 Graded on 4/8 It is now 8 business days. Not a happy camper. I paid too much money for not quick enough. They told me it will be few more business days. It's almost Standard Tier price! I will try to convince them to bump the price from Express to Standard.
  19. Brent bought three pristine copies from me. He is excellent and easygoing. Everything went smooth. Hopefully, we will have other deals even though it is always fun to work with you again.
  20. Too much meths. Not read the descriptions enough. I guess what is wrong with them.
  21. I have a feeling this is going over $65K because of Comiclink.
  22. It is on the inside cover that will not get the qualified label.
  23. I saw three people snatched Journey into Mystery #86 first Odin, early Tales of Suspense issue, Batman #200 and Our Army at War #85 1st Ice Cream Soldier. I don't know how many more books they took. Just glanced at them in their bags. Missed them by few minutes so I decided to grab many books I could find. Made the offers to the people who handled the estate sales. They accepted my offer. Those pictures showed only five books online but there were 60-70 books. Two guys took about 15 of them. One young guy took two. I took 34. The remaining books are not worth money. The people told me all comic books were brought down from the attic first time since early 1970's and they didn't have time to do the appraisal on them. She told me that owner wanted $500 for whole collection but no one did. We bought individuals much cheaper. I will say half of them have slight brittle edges due to the heat inside the attic for many years. Some edges looked like burned but moisture damages that became brittle condition. My opinion is for the estate people are totally amateurs. Three guys were ahead of me and I didn't know they had the numbers. I took #29 and waited for 20 minutes outside before I got inside. The estate people didn't tell me that and they were unprepared. The door was finally opened 15 minutes after 10am. Also, they didn't take the pictures enough for the comic books. What I saw inside the house is more than the pictures.
