  1. I seem to have the same problem as others. I was supposed to get a shipping kit as part of my membership but they’ve been sold out for months. I emailed CGC to ask if I could apply the credit to something else and received no reply. What can be done and how?
  2. Why can't CGC - when it first receives the package - just acknowledge receipt? Seems like a very small step, would ease a lot of customers' angst.
  3. What is the best way to communicate with CGC? Haven’t had any luck using the email form a couple times, and I’m just asking simple questions - like about upgrading my membership. And, what is a reasonable time to wait for a response?
