The Men's Adventure #25 is said to be pretty scarce - and that's a great looking copy!

Sweet! Rockford? ....I've always wondered....the defects seem to match Wilson's description and grade when he first sold them.....but I've never seen an image from his catalog larger than a postage stamp. The color and gloss are super.....but the inner cover is tan.....just like a Rockford.....It was Jack Juka's (sp?) copy when Heritage auctioned it off....GOD BLESS... -jimbo(a friend of jesus) (thumbs u P.S. Gerber calls it a 5....but I don't think I've ever seen more than 6 or 7 different copies for sale in my entire life. The little blue stamp in the title is the giveaway - good spot by Richard!

That book is so much better than a stupid old Frontline Combat. Absolutely - I mean who'd want to collect a dorky title like Frontline Combat? Next thing you know DC war books will be back in fashion! Or possibly Elsie the Cow.

I love WM #2. One of my favorites without a doubt. Here is my copy, which was graded a 7.5 OW. The back is as clean as the front...and those scuffs midway along the spine are on the case. I meant to call for notes, but never got around to it. If all 7.5's looked like this, I would never look for a higher grade. I honestly cannot see which defects are holding it back....so it must be something on the interior. Gorgeous! A gallery of Bailey's best couldn't be bettered when it comes to pre-cod horror. Bailey's best IMO..and I think Wolverton's Robot Woman story is his very best as well Overall this is one of the strongest single horror books out there! Wish I still had my copy.

I was pleased to get the "D" copies of Sun Girl #1 and #2 from the recent Heritage auction to complete the set and complement my Namoras. (Dont have a camera for a group shot so photoshop must suffice). According to Heritage, Namora #3 is one of the ten toughest Timelys - which I tend to doubt - but I found Sun Girl a much harder little run to complete.

I certainly dont mind it. In fact Wonderful copy because the colors really zing, and need so to do to really do justice to the cover, adding depth and luminosity.. (Looks very like the copy on Heritage a year or two back where I was the underbidder.) Best move out of here though, before the Timely geeks descend on me in great wrath! Eek!

Brilliant colors on that Rangers #36 - and those late Jumbos are surprisingly tough in grade!
