Gem 1, 6.0 Cream to OW, spine stress, flat with good gloss, chip out top of BC bean size, chip out of last page in same place peanut sized, faint crease on cover does not break color - $220 Mr Mystery 3, 2.0 Cream to OW, spine split at top 1 inch, chipping on cover, tear in the middle of the cover 1.5 inches long, tanning inside cover, mostly flat with some gloss - $145 take it.
  3. Yeah, analyzing the autograph, I feel that it's probably not authentic. Bert normally signed with more of a loop to the B than what is showing here, so it was most likely signed by one of his handlers. Seriously I find it interesting all the kids who used to write their names on the covers to ensure "ownership" and if non obtrusive, they don't bother me too much and I feel they add to the history of the book.
