Midnight Tales absolutely ROCKED.The three main stories were horror reprints but Prof.Coffin and Archane tied them together perfectly. This was one of the few Charlton books that I bought first along with my monthly Marvels.

Splinter of the Mind's Eye is a great read also.

Anthem by Ayn Rand. I can see the influence it had on Neil Pert when they did some of their earlier stuff.

Finally got lucky at the flea market.This was one I hadn't been to before,about 70 miles away.Me & the family made a day of it.Glad they don't get too bored so I can have time to prowl. This lot was from the same dealer,never saw the Batman Joker NASCAR program before. Dollar box finds.Some for flippin',some for my runs & some just because I haven't seen them since they came out new 30 years ago.Need to get back caus ethe guy said he had 3 more long boxes.

I'm thinking about doing a sales thread & need some opinions on what I can offer. How are regular book handled,not comic book related but say a Stephen King book or an older sci fi paperback?Pretty much only sci-fi and fantasy? Promise,no cheesy romance books. I have read the guidelines but I don't want this to seem like a gray area I am trying to skirt.

Marvel could have done just a straight reprint and dropped the price to get new readers interested and then went back to a normal format for the new material.Loose a few bucks now but rake in the green later on. Oh wait.This is Marvel I'm talking about.Silly me.
