    Folks, head over to Comics General as Eric had a bunch of comics stolen (pics available) including the AF15, Hulk 1 and ASM 1. Hopefully someone can spot them somewhere.

    Iirc Gator taped up the book and it received a higher grade (2.5). Initially a 1.5.

    Terrible news. As a community we need to keep our eyes peeled for these books, especially the higher priced ones. I would hope those b@stards try ebay but they probably will stick to Craigslist or LCS in your province. Less exposure. Probably alert CGC on the AF15 as they might have the balls to submit ( raw or graded ) for new serial #s.

    Several of us have a pretty good track record for guessing final hammers and the Conserved 8.0 will likely fall in that range (650-800), if not slightly higher. It'll probably hit 350-400K just the first week of auction.

    Definitely. Would wager a bet the 9.6 would perhaps not even hit 250K if it went to auction today.

    It's a 9.6 super restored...and is it a confirmed sale? The Meyers no longer have it. Pretty sure the sale went through.

    I believe the cbcs Tec 27 9.6 sold for 300-400k privately.

    easily 500K + when a Tec 27 6.5 A-1 goes for 313K, pretty confident the AC1 will easily hit half a Mil.
