  1. I already have a non CGC SS sketch from him. A CGC SS sketch and a sig would be nice, but I doubt he will do a sketch. He did refer to the Blackstar eBay listing as a major issue for him. He will probably appear at NYCC since it is close for him. I am hoping Sinnott shows as I want some things signed.
  2. Does anyone know if Joe Sinnott or Al Plastino will be appearing at the NYCC?
  3. Does anyone know if Joe Sinnott will be appearing at any convention anytime soon?
  4. I purchased this page from Bob Layton at a recent convention. He mentioned it is from a comic he is waiting to be published called Ironman Redux. He said it is his very last Iron Man comic and then he is focusing his attention on things outside of comics. I ran into Dave Ross the penciller of the comic at the same convention, he told me it is written by the classic I.M. team of David Micheline and Bob Layton the storyline harkens back to the time period just after the second Armor Wars . Bob is also inking the project bringing his patented lustre to the pencil art. Dave has deliberately pulled back his usual blackspotting to allow Bob full freedom in his 'finishes'. He mentioned that it will probably be published around the same time as the release of the Iron Man 3 movie. Both the movie and limited series interrelate to each other. I mentioned to him that I bought the page from Layton and he told me that was one of his most favorite pages from the series and wished he got it and not Layton. He told me the iron man suit was modeled after Romita Jr's iron man from his last run on iron man, but Tony Stark was given the Layton 70s look, mustache, long hair and all. Long story short, it looks like it will be a great series and if the movie uses any of the content, it should be interesting.
  5. Where did you manage to find those particular magazine boxes?

  7. Nice, I don't think we have any shops where you can buy OA.
  8. Nice, I was hoping to get mine signed by McFarlane, but he doesn't seem to visit Toronto, Canada anymore and I refuse to send it to DWC to get signed.
  9. Amazing page! How did you manage to get Todd to sign it?
  10. He and most of the Canadian artists attending the Wizard World Toronto in a couple of weeks, will also likely be at FanExpo this Summer. He is a great guy and very approachable.
  11. Highest SS on the census. Detective Comics 45, the first appearance of The Joker in Detective Comics. Signed by Jerry Robinson and Irwin Hasen, he penciled and inked the story "The Lady Cabdriver"
  12. It may be cheaper at a custom framing place, michaels even with the discount tends to be quite pricey.
  13. Doug, who do you use to get your books signed? I wouldn't mind sending a book or 2 in-case he shows.
  14. He is under the guest list on the website, but I assumed they added it during last years show.
  15. Really, I would have assumed there would have been more. I have a first printing of that issue.
  16. He wasn't listed for there in this thread so I had no idea... I didn't know either, I found out afterwords. I would have sent books for them to sign if I knew.
  17. Plastino and Ordway both signed at NYCC a couple of weeks ago.
  18. Does anyone know when Adam West, Burt Ward, William Shatner, Jerry Ordway, Jerry Robinson and Al Plastino are appearing again? I missed them at SDCC, NYCC and WWMO. I'm looking to get some signatures and sketches. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks.
