I’m curious to see what kind of packages will be offered and their prices. As well, what type of items he will be signing, I.e. only IDW Star Trek comics he has worked on or will he also sign Superman, X-Men and FF books. Also, will the IDW Byrne Artists Edition books fall under his approved list.

I'd be happy with just a sig. Curious how this will play out.

I prefer them at times. No different than getting a novel signed by the author.

Is there any restrictions on what Byrne will sign or CGC?

Looks like Midtown doesn't have the regular Jurgens DF cover. Where and how do we go about getting the Jim Lee Variant cover? Torpedo doesn't have an online store.

Is Midtown selling the Jurgens cover and which option is it? Also, what is the difference between all the DF packages on DFs website for this comic?

I hate to say this, but I don't like most of the covers and the coloring on some doesn't help. They look very cartoony. I'm not even a fan of Jim Lee's cover. At the price they are selling them at, I am only going to buy one. Hopefully a decisive winner appears. Is there an Alex Ross cover? The Tony Daniel Action 1 cover reprint should have been made into an Action 1000 cover, that would have been my go to.

So it is not specifically focused on Stan, i.e. Biography style? As well, what is the difference between the Thomas Taschen big book, 75 Years of Marvel and the one just released, Marvel Age of Comics? If all 3 are the same, should just stick with the 75 Years volume?

What is happening with the Stan Lee Story by Taschen? When is it coming out and what will it contain? Any info would be appreciated. Lastly when and where can we purchase it? I see limited info online and was not present at the Cons where they showed it.

I agree, but we can assume that somebody on the boards has further knowledge of when Stan and Max parted ways and maybe the reason/rumour why? Especially one of the facilitators who deal a lot with Stan privately and at conventions.

Yes, it mentions what Stan has faced recently, but doesn't mention how or from whom Stan is encountering elder abuse, why Max was asked to leave for trespassing and so on. Even when they had a falling out and for what reason. Maybe Max is the cause of all of this, but that is just speculation.

Depends on the crime and the discretion of border security. He was definitely allowed entry to Canada, but so was Mike Tyson, whereas Martha Stewart was denied after she left prison.

I apologize if this question or topic has already been discussed, haven't seen it in the group. What happened between Stan and his handler Max? When did they have a falling out? I was never a fan of Max and found him very challenging to work with, but I assume his job was to limit access to Stan, so I guess he did it well. I was always under the impression that he was Stan's business manager, but found out recently that he was his bodyguard and was a convicted felon. Can anyone expand on all of this, their relationship, role, falling out, who is looking after him now, is this person an improvement and more respectful to fans and lastly why or how did he hire a convicted felon (assume that Max's past would have been a red flag for a celeb to hire)?

6 episodes. Hopefully there will be a season 2. I feel there is always more to explore.

Based on last nights episode, I can't wait to see next weeks on Superman. Wondering if it will talk about DC's mistreatment of Siegel and Shuster and delve into it or only touch upon it.

What was everyone's thoughts on the premiere episode in the 6 part series? I found it to be very informative and well done. New episode Monday night. I am curious why there isn't more episodes.
