  1. Not true. Transplant and I both got strikes for our left leaning posts. Saying those posts were "leaning" is like saying this cargo ship is a tad off-center.
  2. Indeed We haven't tried any public dungeons, trials, etc. yet. Still leveling up our toons. They say that the world is now scaled to each players level, but it doesn't seem that way when I stumble into a world boss and get one-shot ganked 3 seconds into the fight. And forget about pvp, I don't feel like getting tea bagged by an Orc. The New Life holiday event that's going on now is pretty fun, though.
  3. I'm having fun with it. The graphical update is nice, but nothing earth shattering. I haven't experienced any major bugs yet, nor have I played with any mods. Since ES 6 is apparently not coming out for a long time, I'll make due with Skyrim for another thousand hours. After reading that they've done nothing to fix any of the bugs and basically just gave it a graphical overhaul, I'm not going to be bothered. Like you said, they didn't fix anything. Slapped a new coat of paint on it and called it a day. That being said, it's Skyrim, and it's awesome. I haven't run into anything game breaking, but I quick save often just in case. Between Skyrim and getting back into ESO, my RPG plate is full. One of these days I'll get around to playing Witcher, and see if all the hype is real. I've completely given up on ESO, to the chagrin of online friends. Just can't handle all the changed they keep making, while not fixing the problems that have been apparent since launch. What platform are you playing on? I'm on Xbox. I bought it at launch, gave up on it after a month. Now with the 1 Tamriel update I'm back, and me and wifey are having fun with it. I'm not usually an MMO fan, so I find myself getting annoyed at dumb people that stand around quest givers spamming AOE's. I'm still trying to get used to switching between weapon bars in the middle of a fight. What platform are you on?

  5. I knew what you meant Sharon I watched The Sopranos But not Goodfellas, apparently. This joke goes over her head, that joke goes over his head. And this guys like "oh, whaddya want from me".
  6. I grew up in Da Bronx, I hope "Made man" does not mean the same thing here as it did there;)? You know what I mean. He lied about gpa, he didn't follow sales thread rules. He's gone, and we couldn't do anything about it.
  7. DC movies seem to get a mixed response from fans, but they rock when it comes to the animated stuff. Now can they please bring back the Green Lantern cartoon too? It's bad enough I have to wait until 2020 for a movie, and knowing Warner Bros it will probably have G'nort as the main GL. But that animated show had everything that the GL movie lacked.

  9. I carefully and lovingly hold each of my comics under a blanket and then fart. Be on the lookout for the Dutch Oven Collection coming to market in the near future.
  10. It takes a lot for one to man up to his mistakes, then continue making them.
  11. That's awesome! They have the best comic book show/podcast out there, IMHO. They cover all the new releases without being too big 2-centric. I've picked up some good books on their recommendations that I probably would've passed on otherwise. Petes got a nice collection of back issues and statues that he mixes in with the new releases, they get some good creators to come on the show. And in true NY fashion, they drink booze, curse, eat zeppoles, and talk about Yankee baseball. What's not to like?
  12. I like the way the Cap statue looks, and I think it would look snappy in my backyard.
  13. It's gross out today. Ramon sweats and wipes his brow constantly like a southern preacher in Pete's Basement, if he goes outside today I'm afraid he'll melt.
  14. There's a lot of dilapidated monuments and statues in NYC that need some lovin'. I wouldn't mind seeing Civic Virtue restored and brought back to Queens Blvd, even though some people consider it mysoginistic. It's a really beautiful statue, and it's a shame that it's now rotting away in a Brooklyn cemetery.
  15. No it wasn't. -literal JAM He edited it, and your sarcasm metre is broken, *spoon*. See, the joke there was that I signed it "literal JAM", the indication being that I was picking up your sarcasm, and then pretending you actually meant it was a good post. I'm not saying my joke was a home run, but c'mon. I expect a lot more after HarveySwick voted you funniest Boardie and liked all your pictures on Instagram. I wish he did. He only liked my tastefully done nude selfies.

  17. Yeah, the idea of young kids and their older siblings having separate adventures, then coming together at the end, is what reminds me of Goonies.
