  1. Not meaning to go off topic, but I’d think Metal Men could be turned into something as well.
  2. The Shroud! Definitely. As for Kamandi or (the yet unmentioned) Warlord, I thought neither would be considered “underrated” due to both having seemingly successful solo books. Kamandi and Warlord are probably my two favorite 70’s DC titles that don’t include Superman(Lois, Jimmy, JLA, etc.)
  3. The cover implies far more excitement than what the reader actually gets, imo.
  4. Click “Home” , then “Resources”, then “CGC Census”. On the screen below enter the title & issue #.
  5. Just received a couple raw books from one of Galen130’s recent sales threads. Packaged safely, and condition as described. Pleasant all around & would gladly purchase from him in the future.

  7. Just received another box of books from Azkaban. As before, safely packed, accurately graded, and good all around. Azkaban is someone I’d always feel good doing business with as he’s friendly, affable, and with no hint of pressure at any time. It’s nice.
  8. My new goal is to post the name “Lisa Welchel” in this thread 1,000 times prior to the celebration of her 60th birthday late next month. Not sure if the first one counts, so “Lisa Welchel”. #1,000. Lisa, you survived the 80’s better than many of us, so this is entirely about appreciation and not mockery. Cheers to you, Lisa Welchel! #999.
  9. Looks like the sub stopped with 3969217008, so potentially eight of these out there.
  10. We saw another one of these mislabeled (inadequately labeled?) a week or so back.
  11. The glossy MJI’s began with May ‘78 cover dates.
  12. Well, for sure it’s not something else.
  13. Your comics generally won’t get worse if stored properly. Encapsulation isn’t a hedge against fluctuating temperatures, humidity, sunlight, etc.
