  1. You should post this in the Wanted To Buy section of the marketplace. https://www.cgccomics.com/boards/forum/50-comics-market-want-to-buy/ Also, welcome to the boards!
  2. According to the Kirby website "The World Of Mr. Chatt" was published in Black Cat Mystery #57.
  3. Why do you believe the MJI's were in less than 5% of the overall print runs?
  4. I think it's generally accepted that 5-10% of a print run contained the MJ Inserts. I tend to go with the higher number.
  5. Just received a small lot of assorted books/digests from Chuck. Great price, quick shipping, accurately described. Awesome.
  6. I'm not much of a sig guy myself, but I understand wanting and appreciating a sig from someone who actually contributed to the book, regardless of era.
  7. One of my favorite writers from the 70's and later. 69 is too young.
  8. As for me, I lived close to Love Canal and Hooker Chemical for a time so I'm used to all sorts of toxicity in the air.
  9. Can we post prior to midnight or will those comments be 'poofed'?
  10. I had Sea Monkeys. They were cool for about two days then their little "bowl" became cluttered with cloudy stuff and it was impossible to clean and replace the water. They survived for a week or so. I think one needs a pretty sophisticated system to keep these things alive and thriving. As a 4th grader I wasn't all that savvy.
  11. The early Bob Bolling Little Archie's are a cut above anything that came later.
  12. I believe this board is better off with an active Cal posting than without.
  13. I've been looking for that myself. Must be in an old CBG or OPG.
  14. I was a fan of his Eclipse work. It's so sad to lose another creator.
  15. Your comment somewhat just explained it. Many people saw the lows and they didn't like it. I think the idea is to find someone who falls in between best and worst and appeals to most. Edit: A query for anyone, but does the average 15-25 year old know Ditko's work, and do they like it? It's radically different than what most have seen, I'd suspect.
