That's odd, because the comics I have make my depression even worse. I've had to put them in boxes and throw them in the utility room. I can't stand to see them. If they were worth anything I'd sell them.

My goal is to sell all my tpbs, art and sketch covers. I doubt I will, as I've tried and had no offers, even at less than 20% of what I paid.

I looked up some stuff about Meyer...I feel like I need a bath. Almost every site I went to about him was a hate-fest. SJW this and homophobic remark that. I'd be afraid to read this book he's got coming out...it might contaminate me somehow.

Over the years I've read countless posts describing how horrible PGX grading is and seen visual evidence to that effect.
I agree, PGX grading lacks the sophistication of CGC and they constantly over grade.
My question is, 'Outside the esteem virtual halls of the CGC Chat rooms, does the comic collecting rabble discount the value of PGX grades?'
I'm of the opinion that they buy the label and not the book.
I have a FF#1 that is a PGX 5.5.
There is no way I'm going to send it to CGC to get a 4.5 label.
I don't buy comics anymore, but when I did I avoided PGX like plague. They don't catch resto, trimming and colour touch (or maybe they do but don't care, I don't know) so as an "investment" they're useless. PGX 6 would be to me a CGC 3. And I'd make my bid/offer accordingly. I'd pay more for the CGC security rather than take a punt on PGX getting it right one-in-a-thousand. And the Fantastic Four #1, I'd bet real money you'd get more for the unrestored CGC 4.5 than the PGX mystery box 5.5.

Final discounts. Make offers, these need to go.

No returns accepted unless I've made an error. Damage in shipping will be covered by postal insurance. I accept PayPal (NO friends/family option please!) or payment in cash in person. Sorry for the poor pictures. Taken on an old cell phone which is now dead, so no more pics can be taken! >.<

Please make offers. I need these gone. Painful memories. Just don't try to rob me.

Is anyone else repeatedly getting asked to accept the new CGC terms? It seems as if every time I come to the site the past few weeks it's asking me to click the "I accept" button. Help!!!
CGC, for the record, I now and forever yield to your terms of use and service.
Allow cookies? That's usually what trips me up. Paranoid they're using teh kookies to track me!

Hi all. Personal problems mean I need to get rid of my full collection. Most stuff I know where the appropriate place to sell on the site is, but where do graphics fit in? I have a Phantom Lady set...is it (like I think) right to put them in the mixed ages, or in golden age as their content is 40s-50s? I don't want to list incorrectly, it could make selling the books tougher. That, I do not need. My life is not...good...at the moment. Any advice will be very much appreciated!
Thanks,
James

It's mentioned at the Grand Comics Database; but they have next to no info about the series:
"
I saw that, too! I was hoping some indie comic guru might have had some experiance with this book. It has some...colourful racial depictions.

Hi all. After quite a traumatic time, I'm thinking about getting back into comics. But first, I gotta sell the stuff I don't want. With that in mind, I picked this book up in England hoping I could find out more about it...but I've struck out. Any help/info/pricing hints would be greatly appreciated!

I collect game used Calgary Flames items. My favorite things at the moment are my 90-91 game used Mike Vernon jersey and my Joel Otto Ferland game used autoed gloves.

I'm not 100% sure but it looks like a Philippines marvel comic variant.

I was going to go for every Kitty Pryde cover appearance, but I couldn't find a list of the books she's on. Also, I haven't bought a comic in over a year for personal reasons. I was trying to sell what I have but I'm not sure I want to anymore.

I'll play...
Not written off, damage estimate $5600.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. It's tough at the moment. There are some things I don't feel comfortable talking about that are influencing my thinking at the moment. Maybe I should just put the books away...but I probably won't. I think I'll donate what can be donated and toss the rest. I've had about all I can handle and I just need to dump everything. Jettison every last bit of the life I had. Maybe I can forget things that way. I dunno. Anyway, I do really appreciate the kindness.

I meant that DC's heroes always seem to have weak names. "Bouncing Boy", "Matter Eater Lad", "Saturn Girl"...it never seemed to me like they were even trying.
