”Tower of the Elephant” was Conan 4, and since this is RoyThomas/Barry Smith, it may have episodes from issue 1 to 23 or so.

An aqueous mixture of urea, chloride, sodium, potassium, and creatinine is extremely effective. Spray package from approximately 3 ft distance. Madman Mort Drucker was an amazing caricaturist. He passed away at age 91 today. I was always impressed with how he was able to capture scenes from movies so faithfully and yet add his distinctive style to the panels.
