  1. Stories in color by some great Spanish artists. Available only by mail order from Warren. https://www.mycomicshop.com/search?TID=182721 From previous, older threads: http://bronzeageofblogs.blogspot.ca/2014/11/dracula-book-1.html http://lewstringer.blogspot.co.uk/2012/10/dracula-of-newsagents.html
  2. No! Wish it were so!! It is a photo of an original autograph for the cover of this mag. I settled for the mag as it is hard to find in nice shape. Has lots of photos and a pull out poster but is in Japanese - which I don't read or speak! LOL!
  3. The colors just jumped out at me. So, I had to have it! This copy's indicia states the publication date as Winter 1953. CGC slab data (via CBCdata.com) indicates that this should be 1952 BUT there is also a listing for the 1953 date. Chronologically, it should be Winter 1952. Question: Are there 2 variants/flavors for this issue? Thanks!
  4. There is a thread on this topic: Scanner settings I am using these settings with my Epson GT-15000 and the scans are great.
  5. Great looking books! I really love the intense blue of #49 and hope for similar colors when I get a copy.
  6. Thank you! I edited the scan as I forgot to scan it without the red "5" sticker on the bag! Much better now.
  7. I think the colors are pretty decent on this copy that I came across...
  8. Beauty of a book and a nice sig. Great purchase!
  9. Last 9.8 CGC sale was in July of 201`6 for $675. This particular book with that cert# sold in May of 2015 for $526.
  10. Same here. I will keep Papermart in mind. Comparing the 2 for 8.5" X 11" (100 pieces) comes to a big difference in price for me. Uline = $44.55 while Papermart = $23.91. Thanks!
  11. Kind of ironic that we collect these "older" books and that you need "older" tech, i.e. a record player 45 adaptor, to fully try out your new find.
  12. Great find! I would have jumped on that too. I assume that the record is intact?
