Last night I came into a rather large collection of DVDs. I was told to do what I want with them. I am offering them here first. Here are the rules. Prices are $1.25 per DVD so if you see a post of 1 DVD it is $1.25. If you see a post with 2 DVDs side by side (ex Hills Have Eyes 1 and 2) that is is $2.50 and so on. Special - Buy 10 or More at $1 Each I accept PayPal only Shipping is by Media Rate USPS by parcel weight unless you make other arrangements No probies, HOS, or Problem Children. No returns on these - These are pre-owned DVDs and I am not Netflix. Shipping to US only. Which makes sense since many of these DVDs are region encoded. Timestamp trumps everything so claim it here or PM. Music: As always... a show or a tune for those paying attention while I post. Since this is a Horror - Thriller DVD Collection - I give you Phish - 2014-10-31 - Where they crafted an album around a 1964 Disneyland sound effects album called Chilling, Thrilling Sounds of the Haunted House. There are no real lyrics or songs. Any spoken word is sampled from the Disney album. So... bring on the funk and jam. Out of that show I give you Martian Monster and Your Pet Cat.

Fine... someone handed me about 50 DVDs on my doorstep last night. That's a good idea.

Right after you said this someone offered $25 for a pair of shoes. I cannot find the other shoe so I had to let the offer expire and then I removed the listing.

These two will stay together. Why? Because people are stupid. I know someone still engaged to a guy who kicked in her apartment door and threw the Christmas tree at her because she was annoyed at him and would not let him in at 1am.

Well hello there !

Thanks - After a couple of arm surgeries I packed on some weight because I was not allowed to do anything... like seriously could not do anything. So 263 to 225 was literally by gym, swimming, getting active again and being able to do stuff while watching what I ate. Now it seems it has stayed off.

I must admit... I kind of like the latest album. I listened to it this week on the way to work. I do like the way they reinvent themselves with each album and do not sound like they are just redoing what their previous hits were. I am enjoying it as much as I enjoyed No Line on the Horizon. (which was basically a Brian Eno album that U2 played on - depending on how you look at it.) -
So what was the outcome?

I am introducing Southwest Jewelry to my eBay store to take advantage of all my listing opportunities. So now I am offering Comics, Action Figures, Original Art, Legos... and jewelry. Pleased enough that I will renew the store again for another year. I am also thinking of offering used clothes. I lost 40lbs, kept it off and went down a full size. Oh and BTW... for those that I have conversed with over the years... YES as a joke I will be offering my old shoes. (Strangely they seem to sell.)

Bought this for $150. I am mentioning this because it has been discussed before about the cost effectiveness of actually obtaining the item in person considering the meet and greet fee, the slabbing fee, the shipping fee, the facilitation fee, and the cost of the comic itself. Note to the kiddies... you have to have patience and unlike Bono of U2 you can find what you are looking for. (He STILL hasn't found what he is looking for.) -

I lost out on something I REALLY wanted in the last CLink auction and I fear that this was the last opportunity to obtain it. (More on that later). However, I had my eye on one of these for my desk. I was always captivated by this figure. I have really quite the purge this past year and a half but I want a few higher quality things for my desk at home. Gentle Giant's 12" Vintage Kenner scanned Hammerhead was the answer. Previous sales: $125 + $39 shipping on November 26th (BIN) $133 + $15 shipping on November 24th (Auction) $100 + $18 shipping on October 8th (BIN) $153 + $10 shipping on September 19th (Auction) $100 + $25 shipping on September 10th (Auction) Me? I won at $94 at auction with $10 shipping... (I'll take this small victory) It is currently in transit. -
Don't know... however... I listed a book earlier this year for $140. I ran a sale and lowered it by 10%... still no buyers... Finally I said whatever and relisted it at a flat $150 and it sold within a day. I stopped trying to understand what people do and why they do it...
