  1. I decided to line up my art collection and here it is:

I also want to get your opinions, what is a better way of matting the art?

With the company logos and page numbers like this....

..or just without anything and straight to the strip like this...

Opinions greatly appreciated since I am still a newbie here.

    Thanks.

  2. Ok since I am a newbie here, let me post my art.My light reflects from the camera angle I take. I also cropped the frame because I felt the pictures did not come out good.

I will try to line up all my art and take better pictures of them when my time permits.

I also have 3 more art pieces that are still in the framing shop so will snap those when they arrive. In the meantime, here is what I have so far:

Man of Steel 4, John Byrne and Giordano

    Detective Comics 876, Jock

Batman Illustrated by Neal Adams Volume 3 Splash

World of Smallville 1, Kurt Schaffenberger and Alfredo Alcala

  3. I just acquired this Aragones Groo strip which I consider sort of a "holy grail" since it has Groo appearing six times in five panels, all of them being full body, and 5 times with his dog, and also an image of his penchant for frays which is totally classic.

Now, here is the original art as published in the comic Groo Mightier Than The Sword #4 back cover:

My dilemma is on framing it and I need all your opinions. Do I frame it as-is? Or would it be better if I make a "stat" so that the top won't be so empty? Also, how do I make a nice stat if ever the decision is to make a stat? Would a normal inkjet printer work?

This is how it will look if I make a stat for it:

    Let me know your opinions!
