  1. My favorite display from the Feedstore collection
  2. Went to the Heritage signature auction preview. I was interested in seeing some of the books from the Feedstore collection. Not everything there was from that collection but what they had seemed pretty impressive.
  3. Would this mean that the piece is still in there between pgs 3 & 4? Why would they put it there? Is that common to put a loose cover piece inside a book before encapsulation?
  4. I actually reported this earlier. Scans are taken from Heritage. I saw a Cap 3 up recently listed the same way. Scans also from Heritage.
  5. I was about to ask what it was that identified this. I took a look and I see Paul written at the top of the front cover . I didn't notice that when I bought it.
  6. Thanks for the info, I've never heard of a Paul copy before. I love it when someone can identify a book that way. It's one of the great benefits of lurking around these boards. (by the by, I'm still looking for a couple Harlequin covers if you ever want to let go of any )
  7. There were a couple of books stolen. I think I heard Reece's had a Hulk 1 taken
  8. A few more photos and the haul for the weekend. The art is a commission of Dr. Mrs. the Monarch by Sorah Suhng.
  9. Is been pretty good for me. Got there late on Friday so rushed through looking at some wall books. Spent a lot of time flipping through boxes today and picked up a few books. Pretty good selection of GA. Hoping to make a deal on something tomorrow and then I'll have more time to try to get some pics. My only complaint is that artist alley seems a little hard to navigate. Was difficult to locate the artist I was looking for but I found her eventually. Hopefully I can pick up a commission by the end of the day Sunday.
  10. Yes it is. Thanks for mentioning this, I was going to ask about Canadian page counts but wasn't sure which part of the forum was most appropriate
  11. I recently purchased a book that I didn't realize was a Canadian version until after I received it. Not a problem for me but I wanted to research it a little for page count and such. Turns out this version of the issue isn't in the GCD so I thought I would try to add it. I made an account and attempted to add the issue following the instructions as best I could. It's been a few weeks and it hasn't been added. There was mention that someone might contact me about it within a week but no one has. I can't seem to find any contact info on the site to follow up on it either. Can anyone shed some light on how the process is supposed to go? Or maybe someone knows who I could contact? The book itself is nothing major but since I put some effort in I don't want to just let it go. -Brian
  12. I've seen this before in older slabs like this one. I guess they needed to use that spacer to hold a book that size in place side to side. But this TMNT doesn't have it so I'm not sure what the reason is for using it.
