  1. Hot Wheels is just a pain in the arse to find on the best of days, I've only got #6. Unstamped.
  2. My book today was fortunately fairly low grade from the get go. No fault to the mailperson today, but what seller sends a comic with a piece of cardboard that's smaller than the comic? Not even a backing board, I can almost understand that error, but a piece of corrugated cardboard.

  4. Have you ever seen the very first filmed James Bond? It was live TV, with an American Jimmy Bond, a British Felix Leiter, and Peter Lorre as the first Bond Villain.
  5. Just remember: saying you never expect something to turn up is the most effective way of making something actually turn up, but it only works if you absolutely and sincerely believe that it won’t ever turn up when you say it.

  8. A couple of pulps with PKD stories. I should try and put together a list of how many actual pulps have PKD stories, most of his stuff was in digests since the pulps were dying near the start of his career:
  9. An excellent book, Piper was a marvelous writer. Not the best ear for titles, perhaps… Space Viking is a horrible title in my opinion… but a great writer
