That's in most people's top 3, and chances are (because you bought it years ago) it was purchased before the book exploded. A good buy. Yes. I managed to get this one, about a 6.0 to 6.5, along with a WTOF 8 in 4.0 for a whopping sum of $550. Alas, those were the days right? They certainly were, and this was after the original pre-code spike. That WM 4 ain't too shabby either - another top 3 pick for the PCH aficionado.
