I have some cheap raw modern comics in the copper/modern thread. Its a variety of publishers and titles. There's some Amazing Spider-man and Walking Dead issues. Some Deadpool related issues and Image first printings like Clone and Sex. I will add comics daily so check back often. Thanks for looking

Batman took off in popularity after the Court of Owls storyline was introduced. Issues #4,#5,#6 & #8 have had multiple printings that sold out. Batman #6 has sold for $35 for a first print copy. Any of the Batman #1's five printings are hard to find with the 2nd-5th prints fetching $15-$20 a piece. That story arc improved the whole Batman & Robin ( Nightwing) mythos.

Yes it is and I think 54 is where they officially team up and are call heroes for hire According to the GCD, it doesn't look like the indicia was changed to reflect the cover until #67, but wouldn't Power Man #48 be continued the real start of the team title? Luke Cage and Iron Fist first meet in issue 48 but they don't decide to become a team until issue 50. They didn't like each other when they first met mainly because of the altercation between Luke Cage and Misty Knight (Iron Fist's girlfriend).

Bought off ebay as a 9.4 but really an 8.0. I am happy with it though.

New 52 Nightwing #4 is a bear to find in NM condition. I passed on two F/VF copies for $6 each that a seller had at the Heroes Convention in Charlotte back in June. Over the past 3 months I have seen only a few copies but they all had multiple color breaking stress marks along the spine. I have become a grade snob.

i just realized what's going on. a few items i sold that didn't get final value for shipping fees were items that the buyer didn't pay for. altho i sold a poster for .99 with $5 shipping that didn't get a final value on shipping fee. so, guess i'm gonna have to charge .50 more on shipping. The more you charge, the higher the FVF is going to be. There is no way to absorb Ebay fees by embedding the cost into shipping and handling. Ebay has fixed it so you will be charged 9% on any auction no matter what. The only way to reduce fees is be a top rated sellers. Ebay gives top rated sellers a 20% discount on final value fees when the seller adheres to their strict auction guidelines. This includes shipping within 1 day after the auction is paid in full, offering a money back guarantee after 14 days or longer and providing tracking information for 90% of your shipments. Charging higher shipping prices will only alienate bidders from your auctions. If you and another seller are charging $5 for an identical item and your shipping charge is $5.50 but his is $4, it will put you at a disadvantage.

I picked up 2 long boxes last weekend with some nice lots in it. In the Modern/Copper section I will have some .50 & $1 lots this evening of modern Amazing Spider-man, Ultimate Spider-man,Misc. Spidey titles, Ultimate X-men, Wolverine titles,X-men, Uncanny X-men, Punisher, New Avengers and some mini-series. There are no Ultimate Spider-man #1's or Ultimate X-men #1's but there are pretty good chunks of runs. I will also have some first print hard-to-find Image titles. The long box stuff is in pretty good condition.The guy who sold the long boxes to me was a collector so the issues were all bagged and boarded. Mostly 9.0-9.4 with some 6.5-8.0's here and there.
