Yep, If CGC handles this like the last major fraud scandal, they put out a list of every potentially affected book. Then, owners can send those books for review and if not legit, they refund in full.  However, the books this time are more more valuable, so it could get ugly.

These Englehart issues never end.

I massively overpaid for this one. In my defense, it was the first copy I had seen in 20 years and it was the only gap I had within 50+ issues either way.  Looks like about 10 copies have been added to the census since I overpaid - of course. lol.

You can even see the inside cover. lol. That late 80s/early 90s paper was awful.
