I assume they will analyze the sig and, provided it passes their authentication, they'll rubber stamp the related sketch, as you suggest.

I've never gotten a response via email but texting has worked well.

I was watching those and was shocked at the hammer prices.

Of course, I auctioned a Venus Domina through MCS and the result kind of stunk so it seems not every book is in huge demand.

That being said, the signature will still be JSA authenticated and if deemed authentic, will reflect that signature text on the label (although the label will not be the black color CGC JSA label, it will still be the green qualified label. We cannot guarantee the grade will remain 9.8 either if you submit them. I hope this information suffices."

Photo of book shared with CGC is this remarked Spider-Gwen I had considered submitting for the new label.

I was looking through a bunch of raw books I have today, all with sketches and/or remarks, and wondering if they might be candidates for trying out this authentication thing. Guess that'll be a no if the sketches are considered a defect.

Maybe. I get a payment notification email on Wednesdays at, I think, 10am EST.

I agree, though I tend to like original line art better than the colorized versions in most cases.
