  1. I watched an interview with Matt Nelson this morning (on Regie Collect's Youtube channel) and Matt mentioned that they are focusing on reducing TaTs by each tier, with Economy the last tier they still need to fix, though it is on his radar and should be improved "soon". Take that for what it's worth.
  2. Battlefield 6 CGC 1.8 OW-W. Classic Russ Heath flamethrower cover. $275.
  3. Takes: First takeit in the thread wins and immediately trumps all ongoing PM negotiations. I reserve the right to overrule takes in the event that a PM deal is concluded and I hadn't yet had a chance to mark an item sold. Any variation of "takeit" counts. Please do not edit takeits and please do not commit to buy unless you intend to follow through. Payment: Zelle, Check or MO. Who can buy: No Hall of Shamers or Probies, or anyone on my personal list. Shipping: Free within the US. International shipping will be at cost and must be determined prior to sale. Returns: Three days' return shipping from receipt. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost back unless item was damaged in transit.
  4. I think the definition of "cheap" has gotten lost...
  5. The signature, sketches and numbering are all located on the inside front cover. The outer acetate cover has no writing or markings on it. According to CGC's current policies would this be graded as: 1. Universal with the interior writing acknowledged but ignored for the grade 2. Universal with the writing factored into the grade 3. Qualified with the writing not factored into the grade
  6. I pre-ordered that new one a few weeks ago. Hopefully they will show up.
  7. Here's Rich Johnston's minimal summary: Peach Momoko - Too Popular For New York Comic Con? (bleedingcool.com) Additionally, from what I'm hearing: -The crowd was comprised heavily of WhatNot sellers and other social media-centric vendors -Some fans were wilin' out both in line and directly to Peach herself, creating security concerns -Peach eventually had enough and cut the signing short -She has no plans to return to a convention here possibly ever again* *Update: this appears to not be the case, as she mentioned on her Facebook page that she will still attend conventions in North America again albeit with some new rules and restrictions in place

  9. I don't follow the market on this book so maybe this is FMV or even low. I don't know. But I still found the result eye popping. https://www.mycomicshop.com/search?ItemID=56507255
  10. I only had one book listed in the auction, which ended at an okay price. I'm not super happy or disappointed. However I was the underbidder on 5 other books, all of which went for 2-3x what I was expecting. Overall, so far hammer prices seem pretty strong.
  11. If that doosh Linsner had his way, they would go to jail.
  12. Did you ever look into consigning these books through MyComicShop where they would be guaranteed to sell in a weekly auction while MyComicShop handles all of the grading, scanning, imaging, shipping and order fulfillment? If the primary goal is to sell books as easily as possible then that seems like an obvious solution.
