I know there has been speculation if criminal charges are coming, I was glad to hear Matt say that for the individual that perpetrated this scheme they intend to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

Change of plans. I will not have new books until Sunday.
Stay warm everyone. We hit -50C or -58F tonight and into tomorrow morning.
With the slight wind chill that will be -60Cs
I can’t remember a cold snap like this since I was a kid.
Brrrr. Even in North Texas we are supposed to see lows in the single digits on Tuesday.

Anyone else having issues with books being stuck for prescreening? Books were received at CGC on 06/26 in vintage tier. Books have been stuck at CCS since then. I called CGC 09-01 and was told they were still in pre-screen no other explanation. That's 45 working days!

Wow, @mysterio and I were talking on Saturday about JRSR how close he was to meeting him at a con in Chicago many years ago. Hands down my favorite Spidey artist who as others said was so consistently excellent. He and Neal Adams took characters they didn’t create and yet their versions became iconic in that when a lot people close their eyes its their version of the character they see. Raise a glass to a great one and a life well lived. You will be missed sir!

I just sent a book back for this very reason. All these blemishes were in the under side near the inner well.

Did @KryptoSpideyand @loganparkerever get their books? Like others I made an offer on a book and never got a response so I just guessed seller didn't like my offer.

I got to meet him at a show in Dallas a few years ago and he was amazing. We talked about the famous Bob Kane story. I encourage everyone if you get a chance to meet him in person don't miss out. Plus he has one of the greatest signatures.

Is something going on with the Post Office?

So I've had two packages lost by USPS in the last 3 months, one being a ASM 258 CGC 9.8. For that package, after two weeks past the delivery date I went to USPS distribution center in Forth Worth, that was the last place shown it was at according to the tracking at USPS.com. I left dumfounded. According to the postal worker the only package scan that was real" was the package reception scan. Every other one on USPS tracking is some kind of ghost scan, in this case the USPS.com tracking showed the package being in Fort Worth but the postal workers showed me in their system the only verifiable scan was the package reception in Phoenix AZ and that it never made it out of Phoenix, every other stop was a system generated scan, not a physical scan. The postal working there told me to have the seller file a claim. Book never showed, what a bummer.
