  2. Anyone seen one of these in the wild? Remender posted a picture a little while back.

  5. Nick Spencer... didn't he announce like 3 or 4 image books last year?
  6. I don't agree with the delays trust me. But his deal with Marvel is a legal contract that he has to fulfill his contractual obligations. His deal with Image is to publish the book. After that with Image it's sink or swim, it's up to the creative team to put the book out. He's clearly spread himself too thin, so in the end if you had pick there is only one option is to fulfill the Marvel contract so he can then focus back on his creator owned stuff which he might not even have the audience if he didn't have his Marvel gig. And in turn he wouldn't have the Marvel gig if it wasn't for his creator-owned stuff Delays definitely turn away readers and I hate them. My biggest gripe with delays is just a lack of communication. I would feel better if the creative just said hey readers this is why the book is late etc... instead of us playing this guessing game. Then the readers feel betrayed like you guys are saying. We are paying for these book and have an expectation for them to come out on a certain schedule. Especially when they're solicited every month.
  7. Just speculating but a lot of Hickman's books are all late in the last year., not just EoW He's been going full speed on all the Marvel stuff and is finishing up Secret Wars right now. He has 4 issues left and after that he said he's done with his Marvel contract and will focus on his creator owned stuff. (makes him more money anyways ) So hopefully things get back on track for all his books now that they'll have all his attention. Thankfully there is a ton of other books to read these days but I would like this to come out more often.

  9. "Stjepan Sejic has confirmed via a post on the CBR Community that with the news of his exclusive deal with Top Cow, he is no longer the artist of "Rat Queens," published by fellow Image Comics imprint Shadowline. Sejic cited health issues for delays, and said that while he's leaving "Rat Queens," he'll be replaced by an as-yet unnamed "wonderfully skilled artist." http://www.comicbookresources.com/article/exclusive-witchblade-to-end-in-october-sejics-now-top-cow-exclusive I hope Sejic gets better! Health is more important than any book. Interested to see who the artist is

  11. CHEW kickstarter is up for the Tony bust!
  12. My hope is that they launch only when the next arc is complete. I do like Nate's art and I hope he's still on the book. But if you can't do monthly then don't do monthly and would be happy to have large breaks between arcs as long as the actual arc comes out on time.

  18. I'm pretty sure it came out around the same time as #2. I remember I was at a con when #2 came out that week and Fiona was there and she was selling RRP's that she had got from the weekend before. So maybe it came out between #1 and #2.
