  1. CHEW: Cases of the FDA Welcome to the FDA. As a Food and Drug Administration agent, it's your job to investigate food-related crimes. From deep-fried fingers to murdered mascots you'll need to enlist help from the likes of Tony Chu, Mason Savoy, Poyo, and more in a fast-paced, high-laughs, take-that card game designed by Kevin Wilson (Arkham Horror, X-Files, Descent). In CHEW: Cases of the FDA, you'll work to solve a case pulled straight from the pages of the Eisner Award-winning comic series. Whether it's finding clues, recruiting allies with amazing food-related super powers, or sabotaging your opponents, each round you'll work to close the book on your particular investigation before your opponents can swoop in and steal your spot as the top-food-cop in town. And the best part? The box is chockfull of CHOGS (Half-chicken, half-frogs, all-adorable)! Contains a special variant edition of Chew #1, with a new cover by Rob Guillory! $34.99 Art by: Rob Guillory Game Design by: Kevin Wilson UPC - 827714008487 ISBN - 978-1-63140-349-1 Age: 13+ Play time: 30 minutes Players: 2-5 FYI saw the IDW solicitaions and the CHEW board game is in it! 7. This book is so damn crazy. It's not for everyone but if you like it you'll love it. It's one of the few books to make me actually laugh out loud. I saw in an interview a lot of it is just made up on the fly. Like all his character designs he just does them on the page. That's probably why the book feels so random. You can read all the pre-image stuff for free on his site. The art has gotten WAY better since he did this stuff though. http://www.godhatesastronauts.com/
  8. Patiently waiting for more Science Dog from Cory some day
  9. I posted in another thread but thought people might be interested here. 11'O Clock Comics just did a podcast with Hickman where he talks about all his stuff. Lots of great discussion, especially on East of West. http://11oclockcomics.com/forum/index.ph...&fb_ref=Default Some info from it.. He talked about how it will be 50 issues. He has it split into years Year 1 - 15 issues Year 2 - 20 issues Year 3 - 15 issues Says that we are in Year 2 right now it will start to deal mostly with individual stories about all these characters so that when we get to year 3 which will mostly be a massive battle, we will know what everyone is fighting for and what everyone has to lose. Sounded like he already has the last 15 planned out and says he knows how the series ends since he started writing the first page.
  10. Oh ok cool (thumbs u , so is he going eBay now with most of his stuff or he is just trying it out for select things?

  15. http://comicbook.com/2015/01/30/spider-gwen-1-nearing-200-000-copies-sold/ "Spider-Gwen #1 is close to 200,000 units sold in advance preorders through Diamond Comics Distributors, ComicBook.com has learned." Those numbers seem pretty high, I wonder if this involves loot-crate at all.

  21. Congrats, really cool pick-up! Another piece of old OA is saved from the deadly clutches of Mr. Ottley. At this rate with all the OA you've acquired I think you and Constant could literally open an Invincible Museum
  22. Yeah my LCS has one too but it's taped to the side of a shelf and pretty beat up but looks cool. Maybe essentialsequential.com will make a print of it someday
  23. Whoa cool! Hi Constant, I've spent lots of time drooling over all the incredible stuff in your CAF gallery over the years Especially love the Invincible and James Jean collections
