The height of the DC Silver Age started in 1956 and ran through 1963.  No single DC pedigree matches up to the level of quality and completeness of some of the Marvel pedigrees.  The people who collected and cared for copies off the newsstand grew astronomically in that time, and that is reflected in the Census for 9.0+ copies.
It should not be a surprise that there is no pedigree collection that includes all the DC keys in high grade.  The Bethlehem collection probably has the greatest representation, but only sometimes are those at the highest state of preservation.  The Newsboy included the greatest single set of Showcase Comics, but little in the way of superhero keys beyond that, with the rest of this small collection consisting of war and adventure.
I don't consider Mohawk Valley to be a pedigree because of the tanned covers and low page quality of so many of the comics.  The Savannah collection is similarly enough of a mixed bag for all of the early issues that I don't consider it a pedigree either.  WP has very little in the way of 10 cent DCs prior to 1961.

This website has a nice breakdown of various pedigrees and their key books.

The link to the specific page gets an error message when I tried to post it here. But click on the link that says:
"Existence and Grades of Silver Age Key Books From the Major Pedigree Collections"
    Lots of good info there.

Rocky Mountain pedigree.  I'm not aware of this collection having very early SA books, but it did have continuous runs of many popular titles in exceptional high grade, nearly all with white pages.
This issue is an example.  Tough to find in the highest grades owing to the dark brown part of the cover, the Pacific Coast copy was only graded 9.2.

The interesting/frustrating thing about SA pedigrees is that there is just no one pedigree that checks all the boxes for all periods of the SA, particularly the pre-1964 period.
PC is about as complete as any SA pedigree, but the books are not consistently NM in the earlier period and the knock on the pedigree has always been that the early mega-keys from the collection are not ultra-HG.  WM did have a number of ultra-HG mega-keys, but there are all sorts of holes in the collection.  Western Penn is all over the place.  Bethlehem has some incredible early gems, such as the 9.4 Adventure 247, but definitely does not appear to have been a completist's collection.

You should've bought this copy when I sold it on Heritage a couple of years ago!

Sid's Luncheonette and Gary Dahlberg/Twin Cities copies.  The Sid's collection was not granted pedigree status, but is a beautiful early SA original owner collection going as far back as 1956, amassed by board member Harry Banks, who uses the moniker Burntboy.

    From Worldwide Comics website:

"The Golden State collection was amassed by a meticulous collector residing in the San Francisco area who carefully filed away his newsstand copies each month. The core of the collection ranged from the early 60s to present, but also included a very impressive run of Golden Age as well.
The owner finally decided to part with the Golden and Silver Age portions of his collection in the early 90s, and much of it entered the market through a national dealer. Unfortunately much of the Silver Age was never documented as the Golden State collection, although one can still find random CGC graded issues floating about. The average grade of this period was 9.4 and 9.6, truly amazing books.
Fast forward to 2008, the original owner has finally decided to sell the remainder of his collection, which consists of late Bronze Age to present. WWC is proud to offer this last section of the Golden States to collectors starting this week. Just about every single title and issue from Marvel, DC and most 80s independents are there, with the vast majority grading CGC 9.8. WWC will be releasing over 5,000 CGC graded Golden States throughout the rest of 2009 and early 2010. Each book will display a Golden State sticker on the CGC case."
It was Dan Greenhalgh of Showcase New England who acquired the Silver Age part of the collection and started selling the books in 1997. I know that because when I heard Dan got the collection, I drove from NYC to Dan's office in Wallingford, CT to get my hands on the books. As far as I know, only one collector, John Sergeant, beat me there. But John managed to wipe out large parts of the Silver Age Marvel runs.
I still managed to buy 137 GS books from Dan on that trip – all priced at 2.5 x Guide.
In early 2000, John Sergeant sold his collection to Joe Verenault and the books hit the market again. CGC hadn't yet opened its doors, so obviously the books were still raw.

These are all Golden State books. I'm probably biased because I own lot of GS books but I think they're pretty great. Probably not quite up there with the Curator or Pacific Coast books because the runs started later. But I think they're nicer than most SA pedigrees.
