  1. Did you know your book is the Cosmic Aeroplane copy? (thumbs u I kind of suspected when I saw the writing. I sent a PM to the boardie I bought it from as it was not purchased as the CA copy, but no reply yet. I should have looked closer when I first got the book. Awesome books. I love it when you get an unexpected pedigree in the mail--it's happened to me exactly once (also a CA book). Congrats
  2. Church copy of a very tough book to find in decent shape
  3. This thread is in need of a bump. Here's our lobby at work Halloweenized with Matthew's art.
  4. I've never seen a copy this nice! Where did you get it? Dan DeCarlo is great. Mike I'd never seen a copy better than 1.8 This one just popped up on ebay.
  5. Very nice books I may have to finish the Annie Oakley run. So far I've just been interested in 1-4. Just got this book in--another book that never comes up in nice shape.
  6. I always thought it was a "v" A number of the books sold in Ernie Gerber's mid '80s post Photojournal auction had that mark. My Pep 24, 25 and 30 all do.
  7. The mark on the cover looks a lot like the one on my Pep 25
  8. Fantastic - can't have too much Walt Kelly! (thumbs u I agree completely, even though I've managed to add another title/run to my ever expanding want list! Great book
  9. I don't think I've seen his name yet, but Bob Fujitani is definitely in my top 10. His work on Hangman and in Air Fighters was just awesome
  10. Extra Archie price variants are something I've never had
  11. I think I saw this on Dan's Facebook page.
  12. The 15c books are most likely US price variants made to test the US market for a price increase. The 35c giants are probably books printed in the US for Canadian sales (similar to Marvel's pence copies). But, no one seems to know for sure.
