    We saw Maleficent on the first showing Friday morning. It was pretty awesome. I thought it dragged a bit in the beginning, but it picked up after that and was pretty engaging. Jolie was born to play that part...she looked perfect and hammed it up at times. There are some dark parts and lots of "implied" deaths and one "explicit" one. It might be a bit dark for little kids. It puts a nice big twist on the original story that was actually refreshing and touching. April teared up during a couple parts. Peace, Chip
