Warner Bros. Delays Aquaman Release
Most probably a smart move for James Wan so what hits theaters is rock-solid versus a rush to distribution.
I think it gives them more time to work on the underwater scenes.

right WB/DC have 3 films that can shoot this year and come out next year Gotham Sirens, Suicide Squad 2 and Justice League Dark( Dark Universe). JLD has the most chance since it's been in development for some time with at least a finish -script and a Director. Gotham Sirens we know it has a Director and outline for the film with the -script being written right now. Suicide Squad 2 only has a writer penning down the -script without a Director. GS & SS2 both can easily film this year if they are kept grounded and not be CG heavy, JLD would be the only one with a Challenge since we know it'll be a little bit more heavy on CG then the other two films.

what I'm wondering if Matt Reeves is going to keep some of the elements from the other -script and maybe he wants it to be a more personal Batman Story.

I don't think WB had anything to do with him drinking again. I think it's been all of the personal problems he's had last year with Garner and it didn't help that "live by night" wasn't receive better.

I saw this the other day. I really like how he comes floating in so naturally. Though how they are going to deliver any speaking parts is going to be interesting.
I think that's the million dollar question that we all have but Synder needs to stop teasing us and gave us the trailer already.

what a great movie the best wolverine movie to date and I think my favorite X-Men movie. plus the movie had me twice;
the only thing I wish it had was a better villain/s(all 3 of them).

When did the first teaser for Episode VII drop? I feel like something should be showing up soon on VIII...
I think the teaser should drop in April at SW celebration.

I still watch it and I have to agree this season has been strong but I do wonder if they're starting the move away from the movies a little.

I found it confusing, I always thought Solovar was the good guy
I think he is but Grodd made him think humans were bad by having HR, barry and everyone else show up looking to hurt them.

Since you keep comparing to Gambit, which had a longer heads up than Batman that came out of the blue in a schedule of films that were announced previously, I'm a little confused. Other than you want to just associate these events with anything to maintain your negative view on the situation. I guess that is an approach.
Of course this is not good press for DC or Warner Bros. But again, this whole thing was thrown together after the very positive audience feedback from Batman v Superman. Alongside the Gadot/Wonder Woman positive mentions. It's just feeling now like they moved so quickly to change up the previously announced roadmap, it isn't going to be the smooth win assumed by the studio.
Meanwhile, the sky is not falling. No matter how much you oddly desire it to. Wonder Woman is around the corner. JL right after that. And now we have Aquaman, Gotham Girls, Suicide Squad 2 and others moving forward.
lets not forget that Gambit had a huge budget when no one has a clue who the character is outside comics. it could all be a tactic to make sure the deal turns out in favor of Reeves.

this would be very interesting if he does decide to make it.

Matt Reeves backs off the batman
Reeves entered into discussions with Warner Bros. just a week ago, but according to THR, studio sources now say Reeves has exited those discussions. There isn't currently a reason listed as to why the two couldn't reach a deal, but those same sources also say that talks could resume after cooler heads prevail.
Whether it was agreement on money, creative control, or approval of the -script, it's hard to pin down why there would be that much animosity between the two so quickly. The studio won't simply wait on Reeves to come around though and is intent on filling the position as quickly as possible.
I think WB's needs back off on trying to rush on making the Batman movie so fast Reeves can make something special. I think it has to be there trying to rush the movie without letting reeves finish final touch up the new ape's film.

I think these is going to be the biggest episode CW has ever made in their history when it comes to effects.

I was talking to a friend of mines and something that accrued to me during that time about Superman that it feels like WB/DC are giving us Superman journey through multiple films. like seeing him become the Superman we know in the comics which I found interesting, with another friend added to that in BvS he likes how Superman was struggling with himself because he was trying to please everyone at the same time listing to the news.
