  1. It's actually not the final trailer, as it is right at a minute.

t’s not the final trailer we’ve been waiting for anxiously, but IMDB has just debuted an epic extended Suicide Squad teaser in anticipation of the next installment of the DC Extended Universe. The clip gives the spotlight to Viola Davis’ manipulative Amanda Waller as well as Joel Kinnaman’s Rick Flag, but there’s tons of new visuals with the whole squad in action.
    still awesome
  2. The Flash: First Look at Wally West In Costume

    slack-imgscom-189869.jpeg

Wally West will appear as Kid Flash in the new season of The Flash, The CW confirmed today...by releasing the first official image of actor Keiynan Lonsdale in costume.

But longtime Wally fans like myself shouldn't get our hopes up too high: according to the network, the still comes from the season premiere, titled "Flashpoint," suggesting that this could be a Wally West from an alternate timeline.

    :o

i like it but i get a reverse flash feel to it.
  3. I'm an hour into this, and all that choppiness in the editing is gone. The story flows so well, including revealing smartly and cleanly who is behind the turmoil.

Including the woman from the desert coming to America to testify against Superman burning the bodies. That was a nice touch to demonstrate the setup going on.

Why they decided to edit out some of these details is just sad. It makes the story more complete.

This movie is definitely better. It doesn't leave to assumptions anymore really.

The Africa scene is more thought out and shows Lex's guys burning people to show that superman did it. The pacing is much better and it doesnt hop around as much, They explained why superman couldnt see the bomb during the hearing. Overall just showed Lex had his hands way deeper into the lives of these people then originally thought.

I totally agree! Even during Bruce's dream sequence, you see more of...

the Parademons being part of the plan to trick him and his men - and it is really cool. You see them up close right before Bruce is taken down.

    And with Batman branding criminals...

...you clearly find out Lex had his men encouraging killing these branded inmates so that photos could be sent to Clark Kent so as to encourage a fight. Which also makes it clear Lex figured out his identify long before now.

The Ultimate Cut was the film that should have hit theaters.

sounds like a better movie, but nobody is watching 3+ hour super hero movies in the theatre (though it might have been nice to do a special release or something).

Probably better to edit the -script better ahead of time or choose a different -script ahead of time. Rather than film everything and edit it all and put an incomplete product up as the tentpole for your universe.

from what i have heard also is that you can clearly see why it got hit with the R rating.
  4. Karen Fukuhara Talks About Her Badass Character in ‘Suicide Squad’

    Karen-Fukuhara-Playboy.jpg

Despite the fact that she's often portrayed as being a tad deranged, Katana is a good guy, and based on comments from Karen Fukuhara in a recent chat with Playboy, that will seemingly remain the case.

“As a first-generation Japanese American, I’ve always wanted to play a samurai warrior like my Suicide Squad character, Katana. Samurai are almost always male, so growing up in America I had a hard time figuring out role models. Katana and I may not have the same personality, but coming from the same cultural upbringing, we share core values. In Japanese culture there’s this idea of putting others before yourself, but I’ve also never wanted to let myself down. Someone recently told me how refreshing it is to see an Asian woman as a superhero. That stuck with me. Stand up for yourself and what you love.”

  5. So...

    no part 2;

Steppenwolf as "big bad" (but obvious intro to Darkseid); and

    lighter, humorous tone than BvS

Sounds to me like damage control / course correction after the let-down of BvS.

Not entirely unexpected, but it would have been nice for them to have the courage of their convictions and double down / stay with the play-book set out in BvS rather than re-jigger the tone & put a previously-announced movie on hold

    Good luck, Warner Bros.

    You're going to need it...

i think is more like no part two for zack synder
  6. Injustice 2 Revealed, Coming to PS4 in 2017

here is a link that was posted on the PS Blog about the game.

The Gear System uses RPG-like mechanics to reward you with loot drops every time you play the game. With each loot drop, you will earn character-specific gear to outfit and power up your roster – changing not only the look of each character, but your fight strategy and your personal approach to every match. As you gear up your characters, you’re building a roster of DC Super Heroes and Super-Villains that reflects your choices, and your preferences, which can be vastly different than your opponents. A few play sessions in, you can expect your Aquaman to look and play different than anyone else’s Aquaman you may come across.
