    Thank you for your email.  I am showing that order was broken down into four separate submissions.  One submission was for grading only and that was the one you received back already.  The other three had both pressing and grading so it will take much longer for those to be completed. Those submission numbers are 3857477, 3857478, 3857480.  I am showing these other three submissions are currently with CCS for pressing.  Right now, regular pressing is running about 229 business days. CGC Services & Fees | CGC (cgccomics.com)

    Thank you for your message.  Our magazine holders are somewhat larger than the regular comic sized holders.  The maximum size we can do for magazines would be:

    • 11-1/2” tall
    • 8-7/8” wide
    • 1/2” thick

    Unfortunately, at this time, we don't have the ability to encapsulate books any larger than this size. If you have any other questions, please let us know.  Thank you!

    Thank you for your message.  The Value tier is running about 187 business days right now.  Based on the dates we are currently working on for this tier, I would say it will be at least another 30-45 days until that invoice is completed.

    Thank you for your message.  We do recommend you send in your own window bag for books that are already encapsulated if you do want the artist to sign in a particular spot.  We will then put your book into your bag once we have safely cracked it out of the CGC holder.  We will have window bags here but could not guarantee where the artist would sign in that case.

    Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, in most cases when there is overhang of the cover, we cannot safely encapsulate the book.  Of course, we cannot say for certain until we examine the book but there is a good chance we would not be able to encapsulate it with any sort of overhang.

    Thank you for your email.  I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with the online form. What card are you using to make the payment?  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express but not Discover. 

    If you are able, please email us a screen shot of what you are seeing when you try to complete the order so we can have our web people check into that further and see what the problem is.  You can email that to us at: submissions@cgccomics.com.  

    In the meantime, you could also try selecting the check option and see if that will allow you to complete the order.  You could then either write your credit card number on the packing slip or call us after you submit to provide that information.

    Thank you for your message. Our graders should make any corrections necessary once they examine the book.     Thank you for your message.  I am sorry to hear that you have been having a problem with the form.  It sounds like there is an issue with the online form currently.  Based on the message above it does sound like our web team is working on it.  But you might want to go ahead and email us a screen shot of exactly what you are seeing when you try to complete the form so we can verify with them.  You can email that to us at submissions@cgccomics.com.  

    You can always upgrade your membership any time by logging into your account and then going up to the "My CGC" logo in the top right corner and then going down to "My Account" and then clicking on the membership tab.

Payment is due upon receipt of your order so if you wish to pay by check or money order that typically would be included with your submission.  If you didn't include payment with your order, we will still process the order but it won't ship out until payment is received.

    All invoices are processed in the order they are received for the tier and service selected.  Dealer orders are not completed any faster than Collector orders.  It all depends on what services were selected.  If you selected both Economy pressing and grading then that book will have a much longer turnaround time than a book that was submitted for a Standard Grading only.  It all depends on what was selected.  If you are unsure of the order number then I would reach out to the dealer you submitted that to and see if they can provide you with that information.  If you wish to email us with the name of the dealer as well as your information, we can try to locate it that way as well.  You can reach us at: submissions@cgccomics.com.

    Thank you for your message.  Yes, it does depend on the reason why the book could not be graded.  Some reasons for not grading a book do have a small processing fee associated.  This would apply mainly to books where there is a question of authenticity or if the book is not suitable for grading due to damage.  You can find more information here: Collectibles That Are Not Encapsulated | CGC (cgccomics.com)

    Based on the reasons you have provided on why your books were not graded, those would not be charged and any grading fees would be refunded.

    Thank you for your message.  Yes, if the book is currently in a CGC holder with a Signature Series label, you can submit that for pressing and regrading and it can retain the Signature Series label.  You just have to keep it in the holder and we will crack it out here on our end.  You will complete an online form just as you normally would and select both pressing and grading services for your book.

    Thanks for your message. To get the old pricing, you would have had to complete your online form prior to January 18th and then your order must be received here in our office by February 18th. If you complete a new form now, you will not receive the old pricing.  You can, however, make an update to your existing packing slip.  If you wish to remove a book or change a book, you can cross that out on your packing slip and we will adjust that when it is received.
