I dont know if it is a defined time as much as what feels right. After I got my ASM in a claim there were several free offers. I didnt claim any because it just didnt "feel" right since I was lucky to get a cool offer. I dont know.... Maybe I shouldnt have said anything. It wasnt really my place, it was just that it was 2 out of the last 3 freebies.

Yeah... I wasnt specifically saying he shouldnt take it, just that there has only been a few free offers that were not specifically given to someone, so it is pretty awesome when they are offered.

 

...so people shouldn't be hogs and give others a chance to claim freebies. Makes perfect sense. If not it'd be reminiscent to those that just laid in wait over in the PIF thread...

 

The definition of a hog can vary person to person which can cause issues. Would once every two weeks be a good time frame for not appearing to be excessive? Unless a free offer sits for more than a day then it is up for grabs?

With Rick and Carl away, if Negan is freed, things will get interesting in a hurry. I assume Negan would try to run “home” where it might be *spoon* Dwight time or he’ll try to turn Magna’s group in his favor and get them to attempt a takeover. Either way, war may be brewing again…

Objectively, their decisions have been over the top.

 

 

They have NO idea who to trust. Letting a guy out of a jail, without speaking to the people who put him there first, is a severe decision. I would assume Alexandria would rally against Negan with everyone going "What the mess is wrong with you, Magna and friends? Do you know what he did?"

 

I find two things incredibly odd though:

 

Rick brushing off Magna and saying there's a guy in jail who's been there for a few weeks - why lie? Why not say he's gotten dozens and dozens killed? He's an evil guy who deserves to rot. It's not like the information would be too much to share.

 

And second: why is no one guarding the jail? Shouldn't that be a given?

Yes all those questions I totally agree with. I don't think anything predictable will happen, with the way the war ended. Something is gonna happen for sure, but it will be unexpected.

I think your rules are good as they are. I think eventually this thread will settle into something amazing. Continual changing of the already solid rules will just turn this into a glorified PIF.

I highly doubt that the show will pass the book. And some of the story may differ from the book slightly but it still follows it the time line and characters. It's NOT a separate, alternate TWD universe

With the time jump in issue 127, there's a lot that can happen and and it will be interesting to see what route the show goes when it gets there. I respect your opinion on the same universe topic (show and comic book), but I beg to differ and do recall reading and/or hearing on more than one occasion where RK refers to them as separate universes.
