  1. Very true. In your case it saved us all from potential pitfalls. I still wish I would have said something sooner, so you didn't have to go through that. It worked out though... (thumbs u
  2. EoW will be under-ordered too. I think so too. Keep in mind that there are hundred of titles, competing on order lists for LCS. They have to spread the 'love' around so to speak. It's risky going too deep on one title.
  3. You know you've got the comic collector mentality bad when you pick up a regular softback book and inspect the spine for stress marks (caught myself).
  4. I can only hope, I preordered ten at the beginning of the month, feeling skeptical now, but if the book turns out to be a seller i would be overjoyed Some of my comic reading friends that read more than I do are out of the loop on a lot going on with regards to new and upcoming titles. Case and point, I asked a friend if he had heard of BEDLAM and REVIVAL last November. No to both (and this guy reads/pulls 15 titles + a month). Sent him a copy of each. BOOM!! Lovin' it. We'll see what happens though.
  5. I can't see it going that high, but I may be wrong. How high was BEDLAM again?
  6. Also, keep in mind that there is a large % of the comic collecting public that loves slabs, but do not what to take the time and trouble of subbing books.
  7. Keep in mind that 99% of the comic reading public does not participate in forums like this and probably is not aware of upcoming titles like this yet...
  8. So now we are speculating on speculating.
  9. Welcome... (thumbs u Print run is a factor, BUT hotness and desirability is also a factor. I wonder how much TWD #1 would be drawing if it had a 37,000 print run? More than $250? Interesting to consider...
  10. That got me in trouble last time (Joe)
  11. Andy said it. Normally 1 week wouldn't be a problem, but the delay is hurting this title.
  12. Sold my MP as well (kept 2 #1 first prints) - Bedlam will arrive. Revival, climbing as we speak. Saga, here to stay!
  13. We have a matinee starting tomorrow @ 11:00 EST. Advanced tickets on sale now...
  14. I like your analysis methodology here (read/flip scores). I'll have to give that some thought...
  15. Go to bed and dream about Bedlam #3 Phantom CGC 9.8
  16. Et tu Brute,et tu?..... It's all good brother. Tomorrow I will say something stupid and funny. It does speak to the different types of inside jokes/humor from around the globe. Put me in a room with a bunch of mandarin speaking folks and someone says "cat" and I'll be the only one laughing.
  17. Once again... This thread is "effen rad!" E.S. hanging with us lowly and not so humble readers/collectors. I hear Ringo is stopping by tomorrow...
  18. (thumbs u Inquiring minds want to know... (thumbs u
  19. Only 1,566 of those yearbooks were printed. I'm not sure how many went to Diamond after the convention. -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com He's back! Be careful, Eric. Before you know it you have posted 2,000 times and wonder why your up at 2:00 AM arguing about plots, availability, and ranting in general.
  20. This thread is "effen rad" You can quote me on that...
