    I thought about it, but I don't really track a lot of silver/bronze/copper books, which is where this tool would be really helpful. For moderns, eBay completed listings are a good (although not comprehensive) way to 'feel' things out. My 2 cent

    I'll stick to ordering online and taking my chances (I do visit my LCS to check things out and possibly pick up something special - in their defense I have pulled some 9.8's out of there, but I've seen some improper handling that makes me kringe).

    That's amazing. Last month someone on the boards dumped 10 CGC 9.8 #1 first prints (I know you saw it) for $60 each. I sold one for like $85 on eBay within the past six week. Like I said, amazing.

    Depends on the title and availability I think... sometime I'm capped at 3, 10, 1, etc.

    You have to use the zoom and take it at a slight angle (not too close) to avoid flash reflection. I have a scanner, but not a legal-sized scanner.
