Photo's don't do it justice. :luhv:

HugeRosen! You always have such nice things! Congrats once again! :cloud9:

(thumbs u Now I just need to get a #5 graded 9.4 and swap out the comic and it'll be perfect :)

And thanks everyone else for the compliments. My first OA piece and couldn't be happier with it. Now comes the real challenge of getting the wife to let me hang it up.

  2. You can't tell from the pic but the back matting is a blue similar to the blue in the lettering on the cover. The OA in pencil has a similar light shade of blue in her hair and it really brings it out. Here's a close-up:

  3. Weird review from IGN.

Juging from the length of the article and the reviewer's whining about 'too much text' in a book I read in under 10 minutes, I'm just going to have to write him off as illiterate.

I will say that issue 2 didn't have the impact of the first issue, but saying nothing happened is just moronic. It introduced a new (major?) bad guy, developed the dynamic between Filmore and the Dr. and showed Filmore 'introduce' himself to the cops.

I will say I wasn't a huge fan of the circus sideshow freak motif in the Dr. scene. A little too tripped out for me, but not a huge deal.

Yeah, I don't get the 'too much text' stuff. It's the #2 issue in the book. Doesn't there need to be some sort of story to follow along with? I wait a month for walking dead to come out and I can read it in 42 seconds. I actually enjoy reading things sometimes.

  4. I had 2 white ball numbers, no powerball. :( It was first 2 numbers pulled too. I got excited. lol

Sick... I know someone that hit 5 whites ($200,000 = just over $100,000 after uncle tax man). Bought his daughter a house.

I offered all my facebook friends $1 if I won. I thought that was a nice gesture.

  5. I guess I just dont like seeing anyone attacked to the point where they stop posting. It doesnt benefit anyone.

I find it funny that it's my post that pushed him over the edge considering it had nothing to do with how many variants he's producing or how much he's charging or anything around his business.

I just don't like smugness. I feel like all his posts should start out with a warning picture:

  6. if Kate plays Em on the TV show, i may have to watch it sans-pants

    I watch most television sans-pants

    :whee:

Now that you are a big winner, consider yourself dared to go for the SAGA costume contest (see letter in issue #7). Triple-dog-dare you.

    Ryan

I'm just hoping my luck lasts for another 45 minutes until they release the powerball numbers. :wishluck:

The SAGA contest will be my backup plan

  7. The Phantom is the only variant of #2 so far, right?

    Yuuuup.

EVERYBODY abandoned this property en masse.

    Except MY retailer group.

    We're committed through #6

Who do you mean by everybody? 3 of the 6 variants for #1 were comic con exclusives. One is part of YOUR retailer group, but did their own variant as well. The other you traded phantoms with to get some unsigned copies of their variant.

Your ARROGANCE and EGO inflating posts are QUITE frustrating at TIMES.

EDIT: I changed the capitalization of the last sentence for you. You seem to like to randomly capitalize words.

TWO are part of my retailer group.

    Chump.

Well then that makes your original post even dumber than I originally thought. lol
