hold on hold on misunderstanding................. the batman headsketch that is personalized IS available. i just sold the full body batman. like charles said earlier....i had several of jims sketches at this past sdcc. they sold really well. i kept the full body batman until a couple of days ago when the customer emailed about it (if he wants to post it....i will let him do it since it is not my piece anymore).

@comix4fun i agree. but dont sell a piece with the presumption that the logos were originally put on by the production process when the covers was drawn. by adding a logo to make the cover look like when it was originally done......cool. i also have no problem with that. just have full disclosure ya know ? thats just the right thing to do. i do disagree with the "logos and trade dress were never original art".....they were at times drawn in. very rare. but they do exist. artists who incorporate the title in the drawings draw the logos and trade dress in. chris bachalo did this all the time. im sure others did this too. a quick search came up with the following image. does anyone have other covers that have logos that were "hand drawn" ??

they have bought several covers from me and within a month of the sale....i see "logos" on the art for sale (i mean trade only) take a look at their website........................... ALL OF THEIR COVERS has stats and logos on them !! they should really let the customers know that the stats are not original. but thats just another thing of the long list of things that they should do. BUYER BEWARE ! k

Thanks for replying.....but this is how i see it. @Jay Olie Espy im not sure when the stats were added ? but i do 1000% remember that the stats were not original to the piece when i sold it. who is supposed to inform heritage ? the seller ? im not blaming anyone for this but.....when consigned to heritage, im pretty sure they just scan and put it up for sale. maybe the cover has changed hands several times and this new owner doesnt even know that these are replacement stats. is it the responsibility of the consignor ? maybe the consignor didnt know they were replacement stats ? IMO...........who ever put the stats on the piece should let the buyer know what they are. PERIOD

@Jay Olie Espy of course it made a difference. when steve b. bought it from heritage. im sure he thought they were original stats as there was nothing stating that they were replacements or not "original stats"

then you should have bought it from my site for 200 or 300 bucks. :-) but this was before the "Stats" were added. it was pure art when i sold it a couple years back.

@Turtle the buyer initiated it. buyer said that he would ship the item back. i didnt close anything. but when the buyer said he would ship it back the case was closed by ebay. i know weird. all communications are through ebays system, as when i try to send him a message though his email, they all bounce back,

Isn't that how it's supposed to work? Seller sends return shipping label and refund is not granted until book is back with seller? @Kwan Chang you should just call eBay and have them produce produce proof of delivery back to you, if they can't you should be able to get your money back. @MustEatBrains ebay is all jacked up. you know how it is now a days. buyer didnt send the book back and i am screwed. trust me...looking at his negative feedback. i wish i could have blocked him sooner. the way ebay hides negative feedback......one will never know. as for calling ebay ? ive tried several times. nothing. radio silence just like the high bidder. trust me...i wish they would step in and or the guy would reply....but that would be too easy

this guy. ebay seller name is comic-concollectibles Michael Wagner He won a Phoenix J Scott Campbell CGC SS 9.8 Version D. Claimed the case was cracked and wanted a refund. as soon as the refund was granted. he didnt return the book nor has he returned an email since. ive tried for a month to contact him through ebay and through his personal email. NOTHING. so he has gotten his refund and STILL has my book. i just want my book back. in my book. this guy is a thief and a cheat. ---------------------------------- as it was just pointed out to me. For a first year con......they started with a bang and I think they did pretty well. I'm sure they learned a few things "to do" and "not to do" next time. I don't know about the exact numbers they pulled in, but the place was packed....especially in the celebrity area down stairs for photos.

every once in a while i will post something here. Joe doesn't like to draw very often.....but when he does.....they look great ! keep posted. i was recently able to get a planet hulk by dale keown. as soon as i get a free sec. i will take a pic of it and share it's 9.8 goodness !

hey again peoples.......... finally back from the nycc and looked at my CGC account................ good news for everyone who ordered ! all copies came back 9.8 !!!! Both blue and yellow labels !!! i will be picking them up this weekend and plan on shipping them out early next week. this is my first time doing this........so please forgive the mistakes. thanks again ! On a side note.......im looking to find Ty Newell and Paul Pickard. If anyone knows them, please tell them to contact me.

Ok. Finally back up after Hurricane Irma Not 100% but good enough. To not have power for 7 days ? I don't think I could do that again. ? Anyways........down to the S2E book. I've mailed out all raw copies that have been paid for and have submitted all the copies I pulled to be graded at CGC. They should be done a week or two after the nycc. I've fast tracked and quick pressed all of them. So there should be no issue of NOT getting a 9.8 ? Too all the people who ordered raw copies.....thanks for your patience and I hope the book is what you guys expected. For the people who ordered graded copies.......as soon as I ge them back, I will pop em in the mail ! I may have some extra copies available after I fill my orders. But no promises there ! I brought back about 20/30 issues from fanexpo as I know people would want some copies after the show.......I was right, I got numerous emails.....even when I was at the show and during the hurricane. I have sold all of the copies I brought back from Canada. I DO NOT have anymore. Sorry. I do know that Jerome will have a few at the NYCC. Hey guys. Just wanted to keep you all posted. First things first We survived Irma! The family and I are safe and sound. Not too much permanant damage. But still without power and Miami is in the 90's today ? My email is terrible at best. Internet is almost non existent. But I am at my moms house right now and my service is good enough to type out this reply on my phone. Now down to business Everyone who ordered raw copies should have gotten their books or will get them soon. I dropped off two packages that were preprinted but my local post office closed the day of the hurricane. So they were dropped off a few minutes ago. Again.....Everyone who ordered raw copies only should have gotten their books or at least a tracking number for them. For those that have emailed me asking asking about their orders ? I won't b able to for pack/ship any more orders until we get our power back. Sorry. I have about 5/6 copies left of this book and will fill out what I have as soon as I can Take a moment out to appreciate what you have on a daily basis ? You really don't realize how much you rely on electricity until you don't have it ! K
