oh i wasn't interested in buying them, he was selling them at £2 each, not awful condition and he stores them in bags, he had some giant sized, pocket books and some 100 pagers too but the prices of those were higher

i wish i knew prices better, i went to Manchester today and there's a shop called Paramount Books which has a ton of random raw copies, 3 Howard The Duck #1's, if anyone is near its worth a look

i'm contemplating the Manchester Con (or Expo) next month, anyone been in recent years? i'm a virgin. (not a statement about my personal life)
I think that's the one that's focused on manga, anime and small press, self-published material. A pal who attended last year told me there were no comic dealers.

very nice, i went to a book shop a short way from my house, a really small smelly old bookshop which had a ton of comics priced at around £2 each, loads of Iron Man and had some giant sized priced at £20, i may go alone (without the lady and child) and spend a good hour or so checking it out without the dissaproving tone of a woman

computer nowadays, but generally they are put on word bubbles that have been cut out then stuck onto the page, practice i suppose but my handwriting is terrible

i think this is right
"Saga of the Swamp Thing" issue 42 and i seem to think its page 16 or 17, i get confused as i only have Moore's run in TPB, anyway its the page where Swamp Thing walks into the house and he's on fire[/spoilers], looks awesome, Bisette and Totleben on pencils and colours respectively
