To prevent someone from taking an Amazing Spider-Man #50 and offering up something that you could buy off Amazon for less than $20. Well, to be fair, 1cool's offer was a low grade copy that goes for approx. $40-$50 on da bay. So the definite downward spiral has happened. I had it at $70 - $75 and it would have sold within a week. Oh, to be sure. Someone woulda hit a BIN on that in a week or two. Auctions never do as well anymore, though.

Great RAK !!! Something I'd like to mention... I see a lot of people posting, "CONUS". If you are shipping Priority Mail flat rate, then that also includes Alaska,Hawaii, AND Puerto Rico at no extra charge. Also, if you are selling on ebay, why cut off Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico? Priority Mail flat rate gains you a whole lot of potential customers at no extra charge. I've gotten a lot of messages on ebay from customers thanking me for realizing this and shipping to them.

I think the offer is fine. Either the right person has not seen it or we have reached full tilt on participants. +1 I think it's a sweet offer. Throwing in the Bats 227 should have put it over the top, but there are probably many that would rather not 'enter Thunderdome' as someone put it.
