the new trailer has lowered my expectations. i was really looking forward to the show, this feels like it's missing the mark a bit based on what little i've seen.

Don't know if I can pick a favorite. But I always liked this one a lot. I might go with IH181 though if push came to shove.

Episode 3 was better than last weeks. I was going to jump ship if this episode didn't keep me hooked in. The development of Penguin as a character will keep me coming back next week.
-
I finally got around to seeing episode 2. I think it went from a decent first episode and took a bit of a dive for the 2nd. Episode 2 wasn't terrible but I didn't think it was great.

So I turned 30 today.
My wife have me the J Scott Campbell Spiderman from Sideshow....
She bought it at the local shop over a month ago.
It's missing it's arms! Wtf? My wife can't stop crying
Has this happened with sideshow stuff before? The insufficiently_thoughtful_person at the shop opened it up in front of her and said "they must be underneath the body" but he didn't want to lift the body up for fear it might break.
Anyways... I gotta get this fixed. And looks like my wife's never buying me another statue again after this ordeal
No, it's not . I thought the same thing when I got mine. Look closer on the outside styrofoam. There's a taped compartment that has the arms inside. The arms aren't inside the styro with all the other pieces. Let me know if you find it. It should be there. And tell your wife to stop crying , the arms are there and Happy Birthday
HOLY SPOON!!!
You saved Christmas!
Awesome! Thanks man!

I liked it much more than other recent comics TV shows (agents of shield and arrow). To be fair I didn't like those shows at all. I'm looking forward to the next episode of gotham.
-
Just watched the first/pilot episode and I thought it was quite good overall. Looking forward to the next episode.
-
It lasted longer than I thought it would. Pretty nice run.

Yup
I bet no one would even take an Action #1 unless it was 5.0 or better....
I'd take a 4.0 but nothing lower than that. If it's not at least VG what's the point.

Thanks everyone for the response – I’ll wait for 0.5 offer to be taken and then might find something to gift away.So what does it cost to ship from Italy to the US/Canada?
By Priority, roughly:
– $13 up to 0.77lbs (about two normal comic books);
– $20 up to 2.2lbs;
– $35 up to 4.4lbs.
Registered (with tracking #) is a bit more.
That's really not to bad, price wise.

whoa option 8 should seal this deal in short order.

I tried watching it last night. It seemed fairly decent, but I feel asleep. I think the soundtrack did me in. I'll have to give it another shot today.

Who we waiting on?

something about the face doesn't look right.

The most significant difference is the original theatrical version has voiceover narration that Ford intentionally did poorly, which really alters the tone of the film. The other permutations vary by tiny amounts of additional footage that have significant impact on the overall meaning. But yeah, Final Cut is the way to go.
I envy you, I wish I were seeing it for the first time! That being said, don't let your expectations get the better of you; it is absolutely a fine film but if you expect too much you may be disappointed.
Well, everyone I've ever talked to if it has come up in idle conversation has said it's a really slow movie, kinda boring, etc. This thread is the first time I've seen so much positive stuff about it.
So my expectations aren't to high, but I've probably got 2 hours to kill and I'm sure I could do worse things with the time.

I don't know how I ended up here. I often find myself in strange places when I'm black out drunk.

Amazon Prime has the Final Cut version. Does it matter?

Really?I still haven't seen Blade Runner. Every time I mention it to anyone the consensus is I'm not missing much.Because it's leaps and bounds better than every super hero movie combined. Worlds better than the best movie Marvel Studios has ever, and will ever produce. Better than anything featuring a muscleman in briefs could possibly ever be, by it's very nature. It's a true classic. One we'll still be talking about sixty years from now, in a positive manner, like Citizen Kane. Not something most people won't even realize ever happened, like every single super hero movie before Superman.
Ok I'm going to watch it tonight or tomorrow after all those endorsements. I'll let ya know what I think.

The Spider-man Tree gives again!

Lets rename the thread, "The Spiderman Tree".

Well, I would post a little kick starter offer, but I'm broke and can't ship anything anywhere right now.
You post it, I'll pick up the shipping my friend.
Peace,
Chip

I'm sure that the reason more people don't participate is because of more obvious reasons people care not to admit.
My "obvious reasons" (how can they be so obvious if they are another person's reasons is beyond me ) have been clearly stated many times.
There are surely a combination of factors, and Jiminy Cricket could only bring annoyance, if he continues the way he behaved so far.
What are the obvious reasons?
Are you replying to Hector?
My reasons have been stated in my last two or three posts… mainly a lack of interest in the specific offers, no matter the quality which has always been generally good.
Sorry yeah I was replying to Hector I guess.

Even if I had $21k, I wouldn't get it.
