  1. A few years ago Tony was at a comic con near me. At the time I inquired on prices, I was advised $1000 for a full cover, not just a sketch. Not sure what he’s at now.
  2. Normally just need to get to the artist first thing. Most will do some full covers per show but the list fills fast. Once they are done you go grab a CGC witness and go pick up at artist's booth.
  3. Love all these sketches. Here’s my fav. He’s done a couple variant covers for the book so hopefully it counts...
  4. Denver’s really not bringing much of anything when it comes to comics this year. I’m pretty disappointed in the guest list. They have a month to salvage it but I really don’t see it happening
  5. LCS in my city is selling this DellOtto today via their website. Not sure if anyone is interested but wanted to share just in case.
  6. 25 Modern Prescreen Shipped on April 5th Delivered to CGC on April 10th Received into CGC System and Scheduled for Grading on April 16th
  7. 25 Modern Prescreen Shipped on April 5th Received by CGC on April 10th In the system....
  8. True. Really not sure. Again I think it’s people who purchased multiple copies of each issue to flip, jumping off the wagon. Used to be you could buy a issue of TWD wait a few months and easily flip to make a little cash. Nowadays the more current back issues aren’t moving on the secondary market. At least not for enough to take the time of flippers. I think you’re seeing numbers more in tune with true reader numbers.
  9. I know 186 had the last Bill Sienkiewicz variant cover so the print run would be down since there’s only one cover to order of 187,188 However you are really right, print runs moving down. Possible that flippers have move on.
  10. Yeah. Have no idea why someone who thinks the show is now garbage would spend the time on it. There’s plenty of other stuff on tv to watch if TWD show isn’t your cup of tea any longer. I still enjoy it and spend time watching. Still enjoy seeing the similarities of the comic translated on the small screen.
  11. We dont know that he didn’t make money while they were hot. Guy could have graded 100 of them, sold 80 while profit margin was high, and sat on these 20.
  12. I reiceved email from Haslab this morning with tracking. So looks like the Barge is starting to set sail. 😜
  13. Just finished issue 3. Good stuff building here. If you like fantasy and/or RPGs if worth checking out
  14. You can try this site: http://www.comichron.com/monthlycomicssales.html It's not going to break down numbers between variants and reg covers but it should give you a ballpark in regards to sales number for preorders/final orders on books in North America. It's not going to answer all your questions but it will help give you a rough estimate.
  15. Watched it a couple weeks ago when they put it up on youtube. I enjoyed it. Glad they had a kick soundtrack in it. Looking forward to other episodes.
  16. legitimate collecting sites sounds like a oxymoron to me.
  17. Really was a great issue. Didnt see it coming, at least not in the way that it did.
  18. Got my order from DCBS today which had my blind bags. I preordered 3 of each issue. DCBS shipped all but the ones for issues 92 and 98. So 39 blind bags total. The distribution of the books was good for me. I didnt get any 1:100 variants but I did only have 5 duplicates. Overall happy with the condition of the books as well. Now I will just need to fill in the holes which I didnt getting lucky on.
