The boards are still going through a "post processing" step that will correct the reply counts and the formatting of all of the migrated posts. It will take a few days before complete.

This problem was temporary because we had some incorrect links on the welcome page. Those have been corrected.
 
Some other people in this thread look like they are on brand new accounts and are unable to access their old / existing account from that new account.

I think that "not now" is expressly temporary. It literally means not right now on this page. To get it to stop you would have to decide on a more permanent yes/no. I am not sure what that option is on every browser specifically.

YEah, there are some features to allow customization by user, BUT I think it's tied up in single sign on issues right now. We will be looking at that.

There is a watched topics area under topics I follow.
The post-processing that the boards software is doing will be populating those areas over the next few days with the things you had previously saved.

The plus sign in multiquote, so you can grab 3 or 4 posts and reply to all of them. The WORD quote will quote just a single post.

Only admins and mods have access to the chat room, although I might have missed a group or two temporarily in restricting that. I noticed and fixed one group already.
We aren't prepared to moderate live chat right now, so it's off. Also, Invision (the folks who make this software) have said that they are removing chat as a feature in April 2017, so there isn't much point in trying to access it.

Chat is currently restricted to admin/moderator groups. No chat for you.
The message board maker is discontinuing that feature, so we're not intending to use it.
I believe that once I have correctly removed access to all accounts that you won't get the ghost notification, but I'm not certain right now.

The activity link in the upper right gives you a variety of digest lists. I think you are looking for:
 
Activity --> My activity stream --> Content I posted in.
 
Also, on the resulting list, in the upper right there is an expanded/condensed toggle.

The gear at the top of your inbox would allow you to mark all messages as read. You can then filter to only the unread messages going forward.
I realize that's not quite the same as answering "why is all this stuff I deleted back?" but it may help for now.

Preview now added to the format control bar at the top of the reply box - the icon all the way on the left.

The envelope in the upper right should get a red circle with a number in it showing you new messages.

Hover over the little black dot or star to the left of the post title.
That link takes you to the unread stuff.
I believe it's a star if you have posted in the thread and a dot if you haven't.
 

If you did not synchronize the email address on your old boards account with the email address on the grading sites / Collectors Society, then you can end up with two accounts. One will be your old registry / grading site account, the other will be associated with your posts.
These can be merged by an admin, they just didn't happen automatically because the email addresses were different.
