I thought you were going to buy that one Peter and get Kenny to replace the staple. Yeah but that would make it purple. No ? Have 0 issues with a purple 32 but not at a 10k price tag. It might make it a conserved purple but not a restored purple. Anyways, I totally get what you are saying, especially for 10k

I have to admit that I was a little surprised about the Tec 36 price being so high, but then again, nothing surprises me in the Pre-Robin Tec world anymore. As for the Tec 27, possibly the fact that it was incomplete and didn't have the best page quality kept it under 30k. BARELY under $30k. My point was that I thought the Tec 27 price was HIGH. The trifecta of coverless / incomplete / brittle is pretty brutal. I think there's a HUGE difference between coverless but complete, and coverless / incomplete / brittle (and I would expect that to be reflected in the price). Makes me wonder what a coverless but complete copy would sell for now. I guess the take home message from the recent CL auction is that all the Pre-Robins sold for higher prices than expected. These Pre-Robins keep going for crazy prices with no slow down in sight.

But seriously: 1) Did this surprise you he/they didn't wait until the end of the season? 2) Is Florida still a destination coaching job? 3) Who do the Gators get? 1-nope. He's been gone for almost a month now. 2-absolutely 3- top 3 names I hear are stoops, Rodriguez and Mullen. Non of which will be offered job IMO So Rick, Who would you like to see as their new coach? If have to give it some thought. Not Mullen or stoops. Not strong. Maybe harbough? Not a bad choice. What about somebody like Gruden?

If anyone knows of any cool shops, museums, or tourist attractions you can recommend, I'd appreciate hearing about them. Anyone know if BZ had a good time in Eugene? I grew up there and attended UO. I hope he enjoyed it. I've been missing his posts. Sfcityduck, I have to go Eugene every few months for work. Is there any cool places you recommend to check out besides Nostalgia Collectibles? Any recommendations would be awesome.
