Hello all, I have a great half page splash from Batman #622 by Eduardo Risso up in the current Comiclink auction which ends Thursday, November 1 (tomorrow night). It's a nice strong image of Batman (used as reference for the Black & White statue by Risso) with the Ventriloquist from the popular Broken City story line by famed 100 Bullets team Brian Azzarello and Eduardo Risso. I sold off my comic collection to buy original art. I did replace a few of my comic runs in hardcover format but only a few.

Here is a deadbeat bidder. Makes a best offer and when I accept tells me they found it elsewhere and wants to cancel. I asked why they didn't withdrawal their best offer and since then they have been very rude with me. plussizegaming mathew

It's been some time since I added anything to my collection but when I saw this amazing Deadly Class cover coming up for sale I had to have it. This cover was used twice, once in it's entirety for the upcoming cover for Deadly Class Volume 7 tpb and the top half for the cover to issue #32. It features the entire current gang of heroes (if you can call trained teenage killers heroes) and villains not too mention a ton of yakuza ninja's in the back. Nice score. The Rai #1 flip book is actually Magnus Robot Fighter #5 which is the 1st appearance of Rai. Magnus ran as a flip book for a bit with the Rai story as the flip. Later, Valiant started a Rai ongoing series (which all of your other books are from).

just to clarify...are you taking about black hole collectors art or "Black Hole" the comic art?

I was watching that American Flagg #1 page too. I'm a big fan of Jamie's Love and Rockets and searched for a long time to find the perfect page (that I could afford of course) to add to my collection. I've overpaid for one item (and by this I mean really overpaid and not just by a few hundred dollars). That one item is the only piece of art I have never tried to sell in my modest collection. I paid the asking price because I love it and daily enjoy looking at it framed on my wall.
