That's wierd... #2 of the batman was not even reprinted, 1 and 3 where, but not 2...making it rarer? Also it was where we saw the first talon, the first owl thingie... My thought is that the supply at cover just recently dried up and from there it will gradually find it's way to higher values? I think most of my sales of #2 are people who just see it, can't believe the price and don't look at other auctions...which are cheap... see I'm not trying to sell my stuff here ( right now ) I just said others are cheaper....

There's definitely a downturn lately... I know that my sets haven't been selling, same set would sell pretty quickly a couple of months ago.... I don't think that the print run has picked up THAT much.....so is it losing readership?

I can't wait until the chinese start making fakes of this stuff and someone makes an 11....heh...

The preview didn't thrill me on lazarus, and Greg isn't someone that I follow.... and beige I'm not sure how you missed black beetle, noir masterpiece.... Black mask seems to be comming out with some interesting things, and they have top writers and artists....ghostface seems to want to do this right and seems to be willing to throw the right amount of money out.... Personally I would look at brandon graham and james stokoe's stuff...I've been getting good amounts on their stuff and it's pretty rare

Lately I have been selling a lot of my James Stokoe collection ( orc stain )...seems his stuff is getting hot with tiny print runs on his earlier stuff. Try getting copies of his Won Ton Soup in NM for under 100 dollars a copy.... For my money Brandon Graham who is up for a majority of the Eisners is pretty hot now too...his king city back issues are climbing pretty quickly...

seems like it's been AT LEAST a couple of weeks since there has been some hollywood related news about a comic book...what are us speculators to do?

I have a set of 1 and 2 starting at 7.99 and bin 10.99 something like that, and it's not selling...that bodes badly for this title? is it to early to tell?

It's crazy... They told me that this was going to be the cover to 22, but they didn't really like it so they ended up using it for the reprint... ...profit.... trying to collect with out the debt...

This is the cover of issue 6 of King City...The most I have ever payed for comic book art.....
