The thought bubbles will be hard to hit 9.8 since a lot of them are coming from the UK. I won't be suprise if we see a 9.8 on feebay go for $500 in the near future.

I'd be concerned as well, but FWIW there have been substantial UK>US mail delays this past month. Just today received a UK package shipped out to me January 16. Good to know that there have been some delays. I sent the seller an email. Hoping it arrives soon.

I was buying sixth gun when it was a 5 dollar book. I really enjoy this book. Buy what you like. MGMT I am staying away from, glad some are making some cash from it. I am holding onto my copies of mind mgmt. Way too many on ebay right now. I got a feeling the ceiling is much higher for this book. So i'm holding out.
