do you have before and after photos of any of these books? you had only one pressed?

I wish you would have documented this because you would be one of the first people saying that. I have seen them close but i would say its the exact opposite of that. even look at some of the given same grades a moderate grader can see the difference. I'm calling a foul on that statement. Unless like mentioned below, some kind of defect that one is hitting the book for and the other is not.

Is this kinda thought process and behavior part of what is propping up these prices? Sure ill pay an extra 5 grand over what i would have paid cause its on credit?(zero interest credit) This creates a price vacuum. The more one guy sold a book for, the more the next guy asks (and..up and up we go!). It is pretty clear that a lot more than comic collectors are playing with the AF #15. This book by the day gets more and more out of wack with the guide.

Great prices ! There are a lot of AF15's Does anyone think this book is in a bubble? If i had a 4.5 or a 5.0 i would be selling fast, I bet we will see some selling at those prices, they are to good not to sell.

I know your a flipper/dealer but some people on here do collect and read. Novel idea actually taking something to read . Change the name call it a new version of screw the neighbor. Or better yet its kinda like a pyramid scheme, get in early grab some stuff before it tumbles. I get what your saying and if that's the case your totally right, it should just stay dead! I am sure some like the drama. Its kinda like a game: make it like that then and change the name, go with progressive offers first offer is 20 dollars in value who ever takes it has to put up 30 bucks in value add ten bucks all the way to 100 dollars in value. then repeat. I like the like option mentioned above make it so you can only grab one offer in each progression. You can only grab the 100 offer once every 2 months or something like that.. you can only grab a 70 -100 offer if you are in on the upside of the progression. It would have to be better thought out but could work and be fun as a game with unbeatable rules. make it a game. Yes i did the PIf but it was all of the whining and arguing that made me never go back , honestly it was horrible and it seemed like the entire meaning was lost and it was negative much like your attitude and past experience towards it.

Cap the value at 20-40 bucks

Its PAY IT FORWARD its not about money! You want to "GIVE" then pay the shipping and feel good about the transaction "its the thought that counts" stop making it about value. If its about value it fails again and again and again....... You can always just start a thread that will continue to be about b i t c hing and butt hurt just call it the " Junk donkey" leave PIF out of it. Nobody wants to trade for a $5 book(s) that cost $5 to ship? -------------------- Well then those people are in the wrong thread !

Why not change perspective. Make the PIF only items under 20 bucks. (5 dollar min value-20 max value) keep all the other rules and no one have expectations of value. Really just pay the free gifts forward . If someone puts a 20 dollar item up and the next guy puts up a 5 dollar item , who cares? If you ever wanted to add a higher value tier, you could make it that only guys with successful offers get to participate. The giving part is the fun, it will never work with high valued item's, trades are also not popular. Add the rule that anyone crying over value is out! Higher value offer...xxxxxxxxxx...... Only members with 3 successful offers can claim this !(random offers)

I just finished Iron Fist . I thought it was excellent! I think all of the Netflix Marvel shows have been very entertaining and well done. I think some of those critics are ruining their credibility on this show. Definitely mostly agree with above posters. I think DD2 and IF are a tie. 1) Daredevil Season 1 2) Daredevil Season 2 3) Iron Fist Season 1 4) Jessica Jones Season 1 5) Luke Cage Season 1

Your book? Book is real nice for grade but worn . The smear on from cover and the color breaking large corner creases along with the other defects will keep this from getting a large bump . The bump is almost priced in at this point.

Well I figure it went for 10 grand less than last sale and it was a flawless 9.0 and its kinda a pedigree book with White pages.

The John G. Fantucchio Amazing Spider-man #1 9.0 apparently fell through the cracks It went real low just like the FF #1 and it was a stunner !

All real low as compared to recent sales. I think the stock market and the amount of inventory is lowering prices on certain books, for now. Prices have been high. A correction would be good.
